In general Superman would win round one easily. He could literally cut the armor off Tony without scratching him. On the other hand given time to prepare Tony Stark would give Superman a good run for his money in round two before eventually being defeated there too.
With this knowledge, we can safely say that Magneto's only chance would be directly assaulting Green Lantern or manipulating the metal inside of him. However, Green Lantern can defeat him before he manages that or as he attempts to disable the Green Lantern.
There is no clear answer as to who would win in a fight between Green Lantern and Thor, as both are incredibly powerful superheroes. However, if it came down to it, Thor would likely have the advantage, due to his ability to control the weather and his powerful hammer Mjolnir.
Few battles last for 24 solid hours so Thanos would be most likely lose his gauntlet and Green Lantern would win. Thanos is powerful without, however, without the gauntlet, he would be no match for a Green Lantern… With the Gauntlet it is a good manipulation battle.
And since Green Lantern rings are basically energy manipulation devices, replicating Kryptonite radiation is well within their capabilities. In fact, Green Lantern rings have been shown to create massive amounts of Kryptonite radiation in both the Silver and Modern Age.
