Fourth Age. In the year 121 of the Fourth Age, after Aragorn's death, Arwen died of a broken heart at Cerin Amroth in Lórien, and was buried there one year after the death of Aragorn, to whom she had been wedded for 122 years.
Why didn't Arwen go to the Undying Lands after Aragorn died?
Only Elves and those deemed worthy (like Gandalf and Frodo) could sail to the Undying Lands. And by choosing to stay with Aragorn, she was forgoing her place on the boats and binding herself to the realm of men, thus becoming mortal.
Death and mourning are the price of this, They are now her burden to bear, and she chooses to bear it in solitude, surrounded by the echoes of her people, and to be buried in the place where her heart still remembers the light of her elven days.
Aman is known as "the Undying Lands", but the land itself does not cause mortals to live forever. However, only immortal beings are generally allowed to reside there. Exceptions are made for the surviving bearers of the One Ring: Bilbo and Frodo Baggins and Sam Gamgee, who dwell there for a time, and the dwarf Gimli.
Men were never allowed to enter the Undying Lands after the fall of Numenor and any attempts to reach the lands would result in failure or disaster. Aragorn, despite his heroic deeds, likely wouldn't have accepted an invitation to ensure his duties as king.

It has come to my attention that many people who read the books or watch The Lord of the Rings films assume that Frodo, once arrived in the Undying Lands, is granted immortality. I mean, it does say “undying”. Unfortunately, as you've probably guessed, that's not the case.
If The Ring is not destroyed, all of Middle Earth will perish, and so will Arwen. She no longer has the choice to leave the troubles of Middle Earth behind. This is a way to tie the last points together.
His mother hid him in Rivendell so he wouldn't be killed
Gilraen feared that Aragorn would be killed in a similar manner as his father and grandfather had been. This is because the forces of Sauron were looking for Isildur's heirs and meaning to wipe them out.
However, he does not possess the ability to live forever, and he cannot choose to be mortal or immortal like Arwen, the half-Elf he loves and eventually claims as his wife. Because Aragorn is mortal and Arwen chose to remain in Gondor and become mortal, their son, Eldarion, is mortal as well, despite his Elven lineage.
Arwen reciprocated Aragorn's love, and on the mound of Cerin Amroth they committed themselves to marrying each other. In making that choice, Arwen gave up the Elvish immortality available to her as a daughter of Elrond, and agreed to remain in Middle-earth instead of travelling to the Undying Lands.
Legolas, for example, stayed in Middle-earth for many years, only choosing to go to the Undying Lands after Aragorn's death. Interestingly, Legolas also asked Gimli to accompany him because of their close friendship, making Gimli the only Dwarf to ever travel to Valinor.
Legolas stuck around for another 120 years before Aragorn died, which was when he finally decided that his own time in Middle-earth might be up as well. He built his own ship and, in a pretty unprecedented honor, invited Gimli to accompany him to the Undying Lands.
Gandalf is "sent back" as Gandalf the White, and returns to life on the mountain top. Gwaihir carries him to Lothlórien, where he is healed of his injuries and re-clothed in white robes by Galadriel. He travels to Fangorn Forest, where he encounters Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas (who are tracking Merry and Pippin).
Merry and Pippin were well-known for hosting great parties with songs and stories all throughout the Shire. Then, of course, when Frodo chose to go to the Undying Lands with the Elves, Merry, Pippin, and Sam accompanied him to the Grey Havens to say their goodbyes to him and Bilbo.
According to one theory (via Stack Exchange), Gimli did not know about the fall of Moria in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring movie due, effectively, to poor communication.
Well, we don't really know how old Legolas is, not in canon. But certainly he is much older than Gimli. But to a dwarf's eyes (and to be fair, our own) he looks younger. And in terms of lifespan, Gimli has lived far more of his own life than Legolas has of his own.
Early life. Born in TA 2879, Gimli was the son of Glóin and a nephew of Óin, both former companions of Bilbo Baggins. He was a descendant of Durin the Deathless, father of the first house of the Dwarven people. Gimli was descended from, but was not a member of the royal line.
Yes. In appendix B of the Return of the King, there is a chronology of some events that took place after the story, and that includes a few times Sam, Merry, and Pippin met Aragorn.
Simply put, he was the only one available. There were only two dwarves at the council of Elrond, Gimli and his father Gloin. The Dwarves were fighting Sauron's forces constantly in their own campaign and couldn't spare many. Gloin was also much older now, it was absolutely his son's turn to go on a big journey.
He was fortunate enough to be adopted by Bilbo and allowed to live in Bag-end, but he too spent much of his time alone in the wake of his parent's tragic demise. Perhaps these losses and traumas that both characters have suffered prevented them from forming loving romantic relationships, for fear of losing anyone else.
