Filled with rage, Glen/Glenda then kills their father. Five years later, it is revealed that Glen/Glenda's soul has been split between Jennifer's twins, allowing them to live as both a boy and a girl.
Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses. The two settle on a plan to transfer their souls into human bodies, and Glen and Glenda into two separate twins, created by impregnating actress Jennifer Tilly with Chucky's sperm in a weird bit of meta humor.
Technically Glen and Glenda have been around by way of Lachlan Watson's portrayal pretty much all season. However, after Glen was fatally shot by Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) in the penultimate episode, Glenda decided to keep them alive by returning both their souls to the body of the doll they were born in.

They make a demonic baby-doll-thing, which of course is shown bursting from the charred body of the Tiffany doll as the surprise ending. Later, in the next movie, they are reunited with their doll-child, who doesn't know its own sex (it is a split personality).

Why are Glen and Glenda both girls?
Glenda, the “female” half, is a murderer who enjoys following in her parents' footsteps. However, the story was undercut by the ending, which “solved” the gender fluidity by splitting the male and female halves of Glen/Glenda into two different bodies.
They find them without genitalia, causing Tiffany to see this as a sign that she is a girl, but Chucky thinks he is a late bloomer. They name the child as Glen/Glenda.
The decision is made for the two siblings to return to their doll body to save Glen's life. Tiffany completes the ritual, leaving Glen and Glenda's human bodies devoid of their souls as they are combined into the doll. They are then smuggled out by Tiffany in Glenda's luggage, and return to a hotel room for a makeover.
Notwithstanding they're only around six years old, he is quiet mature for his age. Their type of speech is far more similar to a grown up adult, thus makes them an intelligent child. They can be naive, however.
Glen was completely opposite from their father Chucky and their twin sister, Glenda. Even though he was Chucky's son, who was cruel, malevolent and sadistic, Glen is strikingly meek, kind and compassionate. their parents had their different reactions to their gentle nature.
