The Moana experience is located in the new World Nature neighborhood, that already includes dynamic attractions like Soarin' at The Land pavilion and family-favorite The Seas with Nemo & Friends.
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is part of EPCOT's transformation and is located in the World Nature neighborhood of the park where Living with the Land and other similar themed attractions are located.
To enter the meet and greet line, guests will have to go to the right side of Spaceship Earth. There is an A-frame sign and cast member that guides guests into the queue.
Specifically within the park, it's located in the World Nature area, with its entrance right by The Land pavilion. For those not as familiar with EPCOT, it's fairly close to the park entrance.
Moana can currently be met in Adventureland at Disneyland (DLR), and during special ticketed events at WDW (MNSSHP and MVMCP). At Disney Aulani Moana can be found around the Waikohole Valley intermittently throughout the week.

Walt Disney World has announced that Moana's Journey of Water will soft open on select days and hours starting on October 6 and continuing through October 15, 2023. According to the official operating hours, here's the current soft opening schedule for Moana's Journey of Water: October 6, 2023: 9 am to 9 pm.

Overall, Journey of Water is a great addition to Epcot and in my opinion is a must-do if you are at the park, just to see the rockwork and how impressive the landscaping of the area is.
