Toy Story 4 is the only Toy Story movie in which Sarge doesn't appear making him one of the few of Andy's toys from the first three movies who doesn't appear in the fourth movie.
At the end of the third movie, Sarge and his unit joined Ken and Barbie on playground duty while Woody and Buzz moved on to live with their new kid Bonnie. "Toy Story 4" introduces Forky, a homemade toy/art project that Bonnie creates a school.
He eventually finds him on the driveway. He is then seen in a few more flashbacks of him playing with his toys, and in another flashback of him as a teenager, giving his toys to Bonnie. Andy is probably still in college. Woody mentions Andy several times throughout the film.
At the end of the film, Wheezy was later seen in a happier mood after Woody and his friends return home. He squeakily bounces to Woody and Bo and Woody is shocked that his squeaker is fixed. Wheezy was given a new squeaker with help from Mr.
Buzz Lightyear, trying to find Woody, gets lost in a traveling carnival and encounters prize toys Bunny and Ducky. They find Woody and Bo, who takes them to Canadian stunt bike toy Duke Caboom. They attempt to rescue Forky, only to nearly get killed by the store owner's cat.

Is Toy Story 5 confirmed?
Just last summer, it was confirmed by Pixar's creative chief officer that Woody and Buzz Lightyear will be returning for the fifth Toy Story sequel. The fifth installment is set to arrive in 2026, almost seven years after the most recent one, 2019's Toy Story 4.
It's revealed in the animated series that Andy's mom's last name is Davis, but also Emily's last name isn't revealed. So, in theory, both Jessie's owner and Andy's mom are named Emily Davis. While what happened to Andy's dad remains a mystery, Andy's mom's name could have secretly been answered.
Due to being unable to find a believable spot in the story, Bo Peep only appears at the beginning and end of Toy Story 2. Bo Peep was ultimately written out of Toy Story 3, due to the fact Molly and Andy probably don't want her anymore, and emblematic of the losses the toys have had over time.
Later on, Woody commented that Wheezy and toys like him were either donated or sold in yard sales, which suggests that Woody was unable to help him this time like he did before. Wheezy had a silent cameo in the movie, most likely out of respect for his late voice actor, Joe Ranft.
This need was fulfilled by the end of Toy Story 3. Though initially hesitant, Andy decided to part with Woody for Bonnie's happiness and Woody fully embraced his choice. This bittersweet ending completed Woody's journey from selfishly pursuing his own wants to sacrificing his desires for the happiness of his kids.
Summary. Woody's loyalty to Andy can be explained by the theory that he originally belonged to Andy's dad, Andy Sr. The theory suggests that Woody's undying loyalty to Andy stems from his previous bond with Andy Sr., who died of polio.

Is Andy's mom Jessie's original owner in the Toy Story movies? No. To the best of my knowledge that idea never crossed anybody's mind. The hats are probably similar because of wanting to re-use some designs and/or assets.
Woody. Woody and Jessie share a sibling-like relationship. Since meeting each other in Al's penthouse, the two share a close bond. The two are shown to have pretty heated arguments from time to time, but they deeply care for each other nonetheless.
By connecting a few points, this theory suggests that Boo grows up to be Andy's mom. If it is true, it would be mind-blowing, but first, it must prove itself. Unfortunately for the fans of this idea, the connection is thin, even before Pete Docter weighed in and debunked it entirely.
