Scarlet Witch Confirmed as the MCU's most powerful superhero, the Scarlet Witch would make short work of Superman. Had Thanos's forces not interrupted her in Avengers: Endgame, she would have defeated the Mad Titan, and the Man of Steel would be similarly overpowered by the Avenger.
So it wouldn't be much of a surprise that Tony built, or at least could build, an Iron Man suit capable of beating Superman. Most likely, the whole suit is made of Kryptonite, so it would not only beat Superman, but quite possibly kill him. Superman's defeat, however, is only down to Tony Stark having enough prep time.
While Superman could potentially overpower Thor, blows rendered by the mystical Mjolnir would likely impose serious damage on the Kryptonian hero. With his super-speed, the Man of Steel could probably avoid the Thunder God's lightning, but not necessarily, since Thor is just as fast.
While Thanos might have the brute strength to defeat Thor, for example, it's a different matter when it comes to the Big Blue Boy Scout. That's because Superman remains much more powerful than Thanos — meaning that, in a straight fight, the former is bound to take the latter down.
It's important to note that the rules around worthiness had been temporarily suspended to allow this to happen. As soon as the fight was over, Superman couldn't lift the hammer anymore. However, under normal circumstances, without any weird interference, Superman is worthy of Mjolnir.
The DC Universe's version of Marvel's Thanos is a lower-tier villain than Darkseid, called Mongul. The tyrant ruler of Warworld isn't usually the villain that gets compared to the Mad Titan, but he's arguably a closer match.
As a character, Daredevil takes the title of Marvel's Batman. As the years have gone on, the hero's rogues gallery has come to resemble some of Batman's, especially as he shares some enemies with Spider-Man.

Superman can simply fly into a neutron star while fighting the robot and absorb all the radiation which can turn him into something Ultron simply has no chance of defeating.
When it comes to a breakdown of Superpowers, Thor tends to get the win. Yes, Superman has slightly superior strength, and yes, he can freeze people, fly and shoot blasts of energy from his eyes. But Thor can summon the power of lightning and has superb fighting skills and the use of weapons.
While kryptonite is Superman's greatest weakness, he's susceptible to other forms of energy and threats. This makes Billy Batson — aka Shazam, the World's Mightiest Mortal — one of Superman's greatest opponents. Batson can transform himself into an incredibly powerful adult body when he says the magic word "Shazam."
SPOILER ALERT: Loki can literally control time and space. He held an infinite amount of timelines for eternity. Season 2 Loki is arguably one of the most most powerful characters in the MCU, easily comparable to infinity Ultron, the watcher etc. DCEU Superman stands no chance!
Namor the Sub-Mariner, Marvel's undersea hero, and just as often villain, is one of the publisher's first two major characters. He is often called “Marvel's Aquaman,” but the truth is, he appeared a full two years before DC's King of Atlantis.
Many see the Avengers' Quicksilver as Marvel's version of The Flash, but he might have competition in this role from an unexpected source. The ghastly Ghost Rider is a dark, supernatural antihero who appears to be nothing like The Flash at first glance.
Just looking at the numbers, Darkseid would win. His Omega Beams wipe out anything they hit from existance, or in the case of Batman send that person back in time.
Wonder Woman defeated the villainous Darkseid many times in battle, but the most recent was in Wonder Woman Issue 45, after Darkseid destroyed her father Zeus and invaded her mind. She managed to fight him off with the memories of her family.
As the dialogue in Justice League #73 suggested, while Superman's specific vulnerabilities give Black Adam a chance against him, that doesn't mean the two are equal in power, and the Man of Steel is clearly stronger by any comparison.
The simple answer is no. Yes, Hulk absolutely smashes Thor to the ground with Mjolnir, but, he's holding both Thor and the hammer. Hulk wouldn't have been able to lift Mjolnir by himself, but since the God of Thunder had a firm grip on it as well, he was able to use it as a weapon against his teammate.
