Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle and Jasmine had their dresses changed to colors pulled towards gold, making them lighter, as well as the accessories. Some of the princesses received lighter textures in their dresses, and all wore golden tiaras, with the exception of Cinderella, who wore a silver one.
Like Jasmine, Aurora wore thick pieces of jewelry when she was seen wearing any at all. In this clip above she is seen wearing both the crown and a thick gold necklace.

In Disney's nearly 100-year history, there has been only one Black Disney princess — Princess Tiana in “The Princess and the Frog,” a 2009 animated feature starring Anika Noni Rose.
Traditionally, young women do not wear a tiara until they are married. On their wedding day, they would wear a tiara owned by their birth family. Once a woman was married, she should only wear tiaras that were owned by her husband's family, or her own personal property.

Her gown is a layered strapless, sleeveless green dress that takes after a green lotus, with attached a green lotus on it. She also wears a leaf-shaped tiara, a dewdrop-shaped diamond necklace and pale green opera gloves and matching shoes.
The original Disney Princess line-up consisted of Snow White, Cinderella, Tinker Bell, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Esmeralda, and Mulan. Tinker Bell was removed soon after; she would go on to headline the sister franchise Disney Fairies. Esmeralda was also removed.
While Pocahontas has zero costume changes (sixth down), Tiana from The Princess and the Frog has the most, with a total of nine dresses (second from bottom).
While creating the Disney Princess franchise, Disney Consumer Products decided that Aurora should be marketed wearing the pink version of her dress in order to further distinguish her from Cinderella, who also wears blue.
“The decision to wear a tiara is tied to the dress code of a particular event and also personal preference,” explained Fitzwilliams. These rules may explain why, even though her royal wedding took place in 2011, it was only in 2013 that Kate wore a tiara publicly for the annual Buckingham Palace diplomatic reception.
The only women who are allowed to place them on their heads are those born into the Royal Family or married to someone who is. They also are worn to formal events after 6:00 pm (those earlier in the day require hats), but perhaps the most monumental time a royal woman will wear a tiara is on her wedding day.
Any woman may wear one, but ancient tradition has it that they must be a bride or already married. The tiara has its roots in classical antiquity and was seen as an emblem of the loss of innocence to the crowning of love.
