Does Blue and her baby survive in Jurassic World: Dominion?
Jurassic World introduced Blue as one of the four Velociraptors trained by Owen Grady (Chris Pratt), along with her pack, Charlie, Delta, and Echo. Blue has survived the entire Jurassic World trilogy and she even gave birth to a child, Beta, who was kidnapped and rescued by Owen in Jurassic World Dominion.
It is revealed that Blue is still alive, but she and many other creatures will now face an impending danger, in the form of an erupting volcano. A leak revealed that Blue will be at the center of the plot of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, with Owen having to prevent her from being "used for violence".
It turns out that Blue has been able to asexually reproduce due to the monitor lizard DNA within her system, and has given birth to a daughter named Beta. Blue and Beta live in the wilderness near the cabin where Grady lives with Claire Deering (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon).
Sadly, the three died, and Blue was the only survivor. After this, Delta, Echo, and Charlie were cloned and introduced to Blue. Each raptor had the DNA of other animals in their genes with Blue having Black-throated monitor lizard, Charlie having Green Iguana, and Delta having the DNA of birds.

Which raptor died?
In 2018, Delta, as already stated to be incinerated, was confirmed dead, alongside Echo and Charlie. Blue is the last surviving raptor of the pack. The only time she, Echo, and Charlie are shown alive, is in a video of her and her pack being trained by Owen as infants.
Beta. After Blue was released into the wild, she asexually-reproduced and raised her only offspring, Beta, living in the abandoned bus and training her to become a dominate predator; i.e. hunting, killing, etc.
Blue returns in Jurassic World Dominion, taking place four years after Fallen Kingdom. She has lived in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Owen's family and now has an asexually reproduced hatchling, who Maisie names Beta.

This genetic gap-filler enables parthenogenesis – the spontaneous development of embryos from unfertilized eggs. After some time freely roaming, Blue decided she wasn't content being the last of her pack and asexually reproduced, giving birth to Beta in the time between Fallen Kingdom and Jurassic World: Dominion.
They are struggled to decide of whether Maisie should return to society in order for her to have a life yet fearing of losing her. Owen is reunited with Blue, who has set up her nest nearby and has now had a daughter, Beta, through asexual reproduction.
Trivia. It is revealed that Blue and Rexy are in a symbiotic relationship which is where two species of animals take care of each other and receive a benefit from the relationship.
While the film's end was a hard confirmation that Blue and Owen's relationship was deep, between a human and dinosaur, her nesting spot was the first real tease. Blue could've chosen anywhere to nest with her child, but instead, she decided to nest close to Owen, perhaps because she still felt safest with him.
Blue was never the Alpha of the Velociraptor pack commonly known as “Raptor Squad”. At every point in the movie Jurassic World (2015), Blue served as the Beta, acting as a sort of second-in-command to the pack's alpha. The position of alpha changed a few times throughout the course of the movie.
Velociraptors are social animals by nature, and Blue is no exception. Her superior skills allowed her to take the position of beta over her younger sisters; she sought to be the pride's alpha, but her father figure Owen Grady maintained a superior position to her.

Charlie was created by InGen as an attraction for the IBRIS Project. She is the youngest of the park's Velociraptor pack consisting of Blue, Delta, and Echo. Her skin pattern is the result of using Green Iguana DNA in him genetic coding. At her birth, Owen Grady imprinted on her and trained her along with her siblings.
