Otis is a 2008 American direct-to-DVD comedy horror film directed by Tony Krantz, and written by Erik Jendresen and Thomas Schnauz. It is the fourth Raw Feed release from Warner Home Video.

Is Otis a Disney character?
Otis is a recurring character in the Disney/Pixar animated series, Monsters at Work. He is the receptionist of Monsters, Inc. who took over Celia's role as receptionist, promoting the latter to become a supervisor of Monsters, Incorporated.
Ms. O explains to everyone that Otis may have once been a villain, but he's not anymore. Xavier disagrees and tells everyone that Otis has been helping villains break-in since the day he arrived.

A charismatic party-cow named Otis becomes the boss of the barnyard and must somehow live up to his dad's reputation. As the ringleader of his barnyard buds, Otis milks his grand plans for all they're worth in hopes of having fun.

In episode four, Otis and Maeve talk to each other at the school trip to France and he tells Maeve what he said in the voicemail. Then, they share their first ever kiss. But, after the trip, Maeve tells Otis she wants to be with Isaac. Later on, Isaac finds out about Maeve and Otis' kiss and breaks up with her.
In the end, Maeve admits she loves her life abroad, while Otis knows they won't make it long-term while living across the pond from each other. And so, in the series finale, they finally break up after having sex for the first time and saying “I love you” for the last.
