In the last segment, Anastasia, one of Cinderella's stepsisters, falls in love with a baker named Lathyn, of whom her mother Lady Tremaine and older sister Drizella disapprove.
In the second movie, Anastasia is the central character of the segment "An Uncommon Romance." She seems to have not changed until she meets with the town's baker, who catches her eye.
This week's Villain's Gallery focuses on three evil-doers from “Cinderella” – Lady Tremaine (Cinderella's stepmother), and her stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella.
After her father dies, she is forced into servitude in her home and is constantly tormented by her evil stepmother, Lady Tremaine, and two stepsisters, Anastasia and Drizella. Despite this, she maintains hope through her dreams and remains kind, gentle and sweet.

Rapunzel Tremaine has two daughters before she goes into the tower, and she devotes all her energy to them. Tying in with the Cinderella side of her character, the two girls are known as Anastasia and Drizella, the names Disney chose for Cinderella's stepsisters.
What happened to Cinderella's stepsisters at the end?
In the end, when Cinderella forgives her stepsisters, she takes them to the castle with her and helps them find husbands, rather than leave them behind to punish them.
After the curse thrown by the Evil Queen, it was explained that Lady Tremaine lives plausibly (it was not the case) with her daughters in Storybrooke and has cut any ties with Cinderella.
Each night when the girl's work was finished, she was so weary that she would sit right down in the chimney corner among the cinders. So the stepmother and the stepsisters began to call her Cinderella.
Drizella is the older sister of Anastasia and the oldest daughter of Lady Tremaine. When she and her sister were children, their mother married a noble man with a daughter, Cinderella.
Even Lady Tremaine laments his death in that version of the story, as the film shows that she actually loved him at least a bit after her first husband's death.
The ending stresses her virtue in not only forgiving her stepsisters but improving the conditions of their lives, unlike in other versions of the tale, where they are punished for their behavior.
Lady Tremaine treats Cinderella, her step-daughter, like a scullery maid and focuses all of her attention on her own two daughters, Anastasia and Drizella. She is based on The Wicked Stepmother character from the original fairytale by Charles Perrault. Lady Tremaine was animated by Frank Thomas.
And instead of Cinderella simply getting everything without working for it, like it is in the original, she actually has to WORK for her dreams to come true in this sequel. Everything doesn't just 'fall into place', which is a strong point for the film. Plus, the story in general is original and clever.
However, in the Disney film, "Cinderella" is truly her name by birth. The Live-Action remake, however, uses the original story's revelation that her original name is Ella, and some Disney-issued storybooks also use this as well.

The moral, lesson, or theme of the story "Cinderella" is that kindness will be rewarded, whereas selfishness will not. Throughout the story, Cinderella is bullied by her stepsisters, yet she remains kind and good despite hardships.

At one point Claudette attempts to cut off the toes of Goneril and Regan so that the slipper fits. In Grimm's version of the story, the stepmother forces each stepsister to cut off part of their foot (one a toe, the other a heel) to make the slipper fit.
