Ok so I did some math today and figured that since a Hobbit is an adult at 33, if we equate this to the human adult age of 18, one human year of aging is equivalent to about 1.83 hobbit years. So at the time of LOTR, Frodo as a hobbit would be 51, but as a human would be 27.9 years old.
In the first chapter he is 33, the age at which hobbits were considered to be fully adult. By the time the Quest begins he is 50. Frodo was 33 years old. But Hobbits live to 100 years on average; so by going by an average human lifespan of 70 years, Frodo would be about 23 in human years.
With Tolkien dwarves having an average life expectancy of 250 years, he was late middle aged to old. A life expectancy of 250 years means aging about 3,5 as slow as humans, especially in a world in which there are no modern medicine. 250/3.5 = 71.42, making Thorin about 55 in human years.
After all, Hobbits come of age at 33, and only live to be about 100 years, so in a way we can say that they have a prolonged childhood (hence their jolly nature?).

Gimli is 139 during the events of The Lord of the Rings. Dwarves have an average lifespan of 250 years; thus, being young and strong, he was selected by Elrond to represent the Dwarves as part of Frodo's company.
Legolas was portrayed by Orlando Bloom. In the "official movie guide" for The Lord of the Rings, a birthdate for Legolas is set to 87 of the Third Age. This would make him 2931 years old at the time of the War of the Ring.

The age of Bifur, Bofur, Bombur, Dori, Nori and Ori has been left unknown. However, we know that Balin was the eldest of the Dwarves after Thorin and that Fíli and Kíli were the youngest “by some fifty years”. This would put their age between 132 and 178 years at the time of the quest.
Loving Tauriel was a particularly harrowing event for Legolas. So much so, in fact, that he never shows any interest in romance ever again. He never even talks about romance in The Lord of The Rings trilogy.
