Oliver Queen, (May 16, 1985 – December 10, 2019; December 10, 2019 – the Dawn of Time; briefly resurrected 2023/2049) also known by his alter-ego as the Green Arrow, is a fictional character in The CW's Arrowverse franchise, first introduced in the 2012 pilot episode of the television series Arrow.
Since then, he has been popular among comic book fans and most writers have taken an urban, gritty approach to the character. Oliver Queen was killed off in the 1990s and replaced by a new character, Oliver's son Connor Hawke.
Felicity and Alena escape to the bunker, where they are confronted by Emiko, who leaves after Felicity reveals she is pregnant. Emiko is revealed to have stolen Oliver's arrows and attacks the SCPD as the Green Arrow, stealing the weapon back.
A separate character named Mia Smoak (portrayed by Katherine McNamara) appears as Queen's future daughter from 2040 who takes on the mantle of the Green Arrow while helping him avert a "Crisis".
With Oliver's help, the Paragons engage the god-like being and his shadow demons, holding him off long enough for Oliver to combine the Spectre's powers with the Book of Destiny to reboot the multiverse. Oliver succeeds, but he dies a second and final time, Barry and Sara Lance at his side.
Katie Cassidy Returned To Arrow As A Different Laurel Lance
After Black Canary was scrapped from Arrow, Black Siren very quickly took her place, with Cassidy returning as a series regular for Arrow season 6. This version eventually saw redemption as Black Canary in season 7.
Creation and development. Jacqueline MacInnes Wood was cast as Sara Lance in March 2012. However due to scheduling conflicts the role was recast. Caity Lotz was announced to be playing Arrow's version of Black Canary during July 2013.

And as a short story in Infinite Frontier #0, the Green Arrow, Oliver Queen, confirms that he is officially richer than Batman. During the short segment in Infinite Frontier #0, Oliver and Dinah are laying in bed and talking with each other. Oliver notes that he's richer than Batman now.
Oliver Queen died a hero's death in the first chapter of the Crisis on Infinite Earths event, sacrificing himself to buy more time to evacuate Earth-38. This noble act enabled him to become the new host of the angel of vengeance known as The Spectre.
In "Irreconcilable Differences," the midseason finale of Arrow Season 6, Rene Ramirez revealed that he was the one who confessed to the FBI's Special Agent Amanda Watson that Oliver Queen is, indeed, the Green Arrow. Oliver learned the news during his wedding reception.

Sara got grounded for a month, and Laurel and Oliver started dating. Sara felt that Laurel knew about her crush and tried to come between Sara and Oliver. In an interview with TVLine, Cassidy revealed that her character's death was a creative decision made by the writers. While it wasn't her choice to leave the series, Cassidy stated that she understood the shock value that her character's demise brought and the impact it had on the rest of the show.
“Arrow” was never going back to an Oliver/Laurel romance—not even if Laurel had lived. According to star Stephen Amell, “In our show, it was Oliver and Felicity, and it was going to be them no matter what.”
Arrow is ending simply because creators have decided it's due to reach its natural conclusion. Executive producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Beth Schwartz released a statement explaining the “difficult” decision.
In the aftermath of Oliver Queen's (Stephen Amell) death, the CW's “Arrow” ended with a relatively happy ending. The post-“Crisis” world revealed that Oliver's death had indeed been a spark that saved his city, which was now crime-free.
