Taking on the mantle of The Spectre, it was Oliver Queen who lit the spark that was needed to restart the multiverse as he and the Paragons battled the Anti-Monitor at the dawn of time. Given his role in rebuilding Earth-Prime and his cosmic awareness, Oliver Queen likely knew that Bruce Wayne was Batman.
Oliver clearly notes that Bruce Wayne lives in Gotham, marking the first official time that Bruce Wayne and Gotham both have been mentioned on Earth-1.
In the comics, Gordon seems to have worked out Batman's identity in Year One, but it's left ambiguous. Thanks to subsequent reboots like the New 52, it's unclear whether or not that continues. Gordon learns Batman's identity in The Dark Knight Rises right before his untimely 'death.

Disappearance. Sometime around 2015, Bruce left Gotham City, also leaving behind his identity as Batman. Wayne Tower vandalized after the company burnout. And as a short story in Infinite Frontier #0, the Green Arrow, Oliver Queen, confirms that he is officially richer than Batman. During the short segment in Infinite Frontier #0, Oliver and Dinah are laying in bed and talking with each other. Oliver notes that he's richer than Batman now.
Unsurprisingly, Batman's most popular love interest is the antihero and occasional villain Catwoman. Even though they often stand on opposite sides of the law, Batman and Catwoman still understand each other.
Long answer: Although it has never shown, nor stated, that Bruce Wayne is Batman on the show, it is heavily hinted at. In season 1 Oliver says to Diggle, “You know us billionaire vigilantes, we do love our toys”. This implies that he not only knows Bruce Wayne, but he is aware that he is Batman.
DC is famous for having strict rules regarding the use of the Bruce Wayne/Batman character on television, preferring to keep him for the big screen. It is for this reason that Batman has yet to make a full, in-the-flesh appearance in the Arrowverse, but that doesn't mean he doesn't exist.
No, Gotham is in its own universe separate from the CW shows (Batwoman, Arrow, Supergirl, Flash…) Also, the Batsuits look quite different from each other.
Still, even though he has his lair and a quiver filled with trick arrows, Green Arrow is pretty much just a sharpshooter with nowhere near the intelligence of Batman. That changes in the short-story "Hunters" when the dark archer known as Merlyn comes hunting.
Aside from enhanced strength and speed, Cap also gained enhanced reflexes — enough to dodge bullets from point-blank range. Batman sees Superman as nothing more than a potential alien threat to be eliminated. As set up by Batman v Superman, the showdown between the two heroes is symbolically positioned as Batman's last chance to regain the humanity slipping away from him.
