Galactus uses giant complex machinery to sap the energy from a planet before destroying it. Galactus devoured four planets to increase his strength so he could take on four Mad Celestials. He's faced Celestials quite a few times and always comes out on top.
Eternals gave a deeper look at what the Celestials can do and the power they have in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there might be one character more powerful than all of them: Kang the Conqueror, and here's why.
Some force or entity in the universe was powerful enough to decapitate one. Transmuting a Celestial into other materials also kills it, though the energy required came from cosmic-powered beings and the Celestial itself sharing a link.
While Knull, the King in Black, while possessed the Necrosword, was able to both kill and enslave Celestials. Perhaps the only other character with the power to kill a Celestial is Franklin Richards.

Despite Their Cosmic Powers, Celestials Can Be Killed
Its cause of death is unknown, but something clearly contributed to its demise by ripping off its head. The second Guardians film shows that they can also be killed by attacking their core. The Guardians exploit this by planting a bomb on Ego's brain to kill him.
Eternity is one of the last beings (together with the Living Tribunal and Infinity) to be overcome by Thanos when he uses the artifact the Heart of the Universe to undo the universe and then remake it minus a fatal flaw.
Galactus was killed by Thor during the "Herald of Thunder" story arc in Thor (vol. 6) #1–6 (March–August 2020), and reappeared after a two-year hiatus in Fantastic Four (vol. 6) #45 (July 2022)—the final issue of the event "Reckoning War"—where Galactus is resurrected by his former heralds.
Not only does Thor kill Galactus with the cosmic power that Galactus himself gave the God of Thunder, but he also combines it with his own power of the King of Asgard, absolutely obliterating the cosmic destroyer, making Thor the Herald of None.
We know from Guardians of the Galaxy 2 that Celestials are god like beings. Odin seems to possess a power far beyond any other Asgardian. He was a celestial that, unlike Peter's dad, used his power to birth a race of people who each carried a bit of his power within them.
While almost all the Celestials possess similar power levels, there's no question Gamiel remains on the weaker side of the spectrum. He has the usual Celestial powers but is the youngest of his species. As a result, the other Celestials assign Gamiel to watch over Earth.

Thanos was born on Saturn's moon Titan as the son of Eternals A'lars and Sui-San, the grandson of Kronos, the nephew of Zuras, and the grandnephew of Oceanus and Uranos.
The most powerful heroes from the Avengers, X-Men, and Eternals pale in comparison to the Celestials. However, there are a few cosmic beings who are capable of putting the Celestials in their place when needed.
This is why Wanda's powers are so strong, but her genetic disposition - which may be the beginning of the development of mutants - also accentuates her abilities. Besides, Wanda's anger has increased her power level, and WandaVision just revealed that she now could hold her own against a Celestial.
Galactus would easily defeat Dormammu outside the Dark Dimension, but it turns out that even on Dormammu's turf, he retains his power and has the means to grow even stronger.
Unfortunately, no Odin cannot take down a Celestial. How do we know this? Because he tried already when the 4th host of Celestials came back to earth to judge mankind. Odin and all the peoples of Asgard merged their consciousness into the Destroyer to try to make them leave and were utterly defeated.
While Galactus ultimately needed backup to handle the four merged Celestials, the beings were no match for the Devourer of Worlds individually, even all attacking at once. Killing two Celestials with his bare hands truly cements Galactus as the ultimate powerhouse of the Marvel Universe.
While Superman could potentially overpower Thor, blows rendered by the mystical Mjolnir would likely impose serious damage on the Kryptonian hero. However, with his super-speed, the Man of Steel could probably avoid the Thunder God's lightning.
He has feats such as defeating Surtur (who can destroy a planet), conquering the 9 realms, and sealing away Hela. While there isn't much doubt that Thanos could beat Odin if he had all 6 stones, Odin could probably defeat Thanos if he only had one or two of them.
