Chucky started cheating on Tiffany with Sarah. Tiffany noticed Chucky was growing distant to the point of killing without her so she decided to rat him out to Mike Norris. This led to Chucky getting killed forcing him to transfer his soul into a doll.
Just as they are about to complete the ritual, the police show up, prompting Chucky to confess his desire to remain a doll after considering the cons of being human. Disturbed by this, Tiffany decides to leave Chucky and take Glen/Glenda with her, as she still wishes to be human.
After she angers him, Chucky kills Tiffany, and transfers her soul into a female doll. The duo then goes on a cross-country rampage, during which they have sex.
In both this film and the previous one, Tiffany's problem with killing stems from her toxic relationship with Chucky. He's the catalyst for her blood lust. True, on her own, her lust for bloodshed is evident.
A lot of people think that Chucky is just using Tiffany and that he has no affection for her. However, this isn't the case if you look into it enough. Chucky does love Tiffany, he just doesn't try to act like a teddy bear around her. This is evident throughout the franchise.

Tiffany is stabbed in the heart by Chucky, and avenged by Jade who shoots Chucky to death. As she lies dying, Tiffany gives birth to a bloody baby doll which attacks the lieutenant.
He sees his rivalry with Andy as a sick game. Andy is really the only one who can stop Chucky and if Andy is out of his life, then there's no challenge for Chucky. Even when he was being tortured by Andy, Chucky still saw the fun in messing with him like laughing at his failed attempt to prove Nica's innocence in Cult.
He only became evil due to his sadistic desire to hurt and kill others, shown when his father was killed by the Hackensack killer, and decided to become just like him because he was inspired by the killers actions.
Tiffany Valentine, portrayed by horror icon Jennifer Tilly, made her first on-screen appearance in 1998's Bride of Chucky. Canonically speaking, though, she was actually the girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray before he became a killer doll.

Serena discovers that the culprit was actually Georgina Sparks, a past classmate of both Serena and Chuck. It is later revealed that Chuck lost his virginity to Georgina in the sixth grade. Chuck and Blair join together to prevent Georgina from further harming and embarrassing Serena.
