Cocky and impetuous, Superboy would cavort himself as quite the ladies man. Eventually, however, there was only one woman for the Clone of Steel. Tana Moon was Superboy's first love interest, and her final fate made her essentially a combination of various comic book heroines.
Despite the happiness and the stability of their relationship, Superboy broke up with Miss Martian because she attempted to abuse her powers on him. They eventually reconciled and two years later, Superboy proposed to Miss Martian and they got engaged.

Did Tim Drake date Superboy?
Tim has been shown to have a close friendship with Superboy (Conner Kent). He has had romantic relationships with superheroes Stephanie Brown and Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark), and more recently his former schoolfriend Bernard Dowd.
Artemis had a shallow crush on Superboy since the moment she first laid her eyes on him, and made no attempt to hide her feelings. Kid Flash's attempts to woo M'gann were slightly less subtle, but much more frequent and, as Robin put it, bordering on creepy.
After a failed attempt to manipulate Superboy's knowledge of an argument they had over her tactics, he broke up with her, leading to her entering a new relationship with Lagoon Boy.

In 2016, Jonathan Kent became the new Superboy in DC Comics. He was introduced as the son of Post-Crisis Superman/Clark Kent and Lois Lane, who were reintroduced in DC continuity in the 2015 Convergence event.
From biological point of view, Megan can't have children with Conner since they are different species (she is Martian and he is human-cryptonian hybrid).

The two heroes broke up between season 1 and season 2 of Young Justice, after Superboy objected to M'gann using her telepathy to mess with the minds of supervillains. Given how his own memories had been altered by the scientists who created him, he had strong opinions on such things happening to other people.
In Season 2, both are sidelined. Kid Flash and Artemis have retired, Aqualad quit the team and turned evil (or so it would seem) and Robin has become Nightwing.
In season four, Young Justice: Phantoms, Conner and Miss Martian travel to Mars to undergo a Martian wedding ceremony with her family until he is seemingly killed after sacrificing himself to stop a gene-bomb.
Having become obsessed with Earth TV during her time on Mars, M'gann started emulating the mannerisms and behaviors of the main character in her favorite program, Hello Megan. She even used the catchphrase from the show, "Hello Megan," as her own during the events of Season 1.
They struck up a relationship shortly after M'gann's relationship with Superboy ended. M'gann felt La'gaan made her happy with herself. La'gaan was uncomfortable with his "impure" appearance, and the way it sidelined him for most missions.
