Under Republic law, clone troopers were property of the Galactic Republic. However, Nala Se took the position that the clones were Kaminoan property, as they had been created in the laboratories of Kamino.
They were loyal to their Jedi generals and the Supreme Chancellor, often sacrificing themselves when called for. While the clones were bred to be soldiers, each clone had his own distinct identity, from Captain Rex to Commander Cody to Cut Lawquane, a clone who didn't believe in the war and became a farmer.
For the most part, Star Wars clones have the same face. That's because they were all created and grown using enhanced DNA from a notorious Mandalorian™ bounty hunter called Jango Fett™. Obviously, as a bounty hunter, Jango had a lot of desirable traits for creating soldiers.
Sifo-Dyas, a Jedi Master, ordered the creation of the Clone Troopers before the Jedi Council authorized it, and his story is explored in The Clone Wars. Sifo-Dyas' actions and his ties to Count Dooku had significant consequences, as his clone army ultimately served Palpatine's purposes and led to the Jedi's downfall.
During the Clone Wars, the clone troopers serve under the command of the Jedi Order as they fight against the droid armies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems (CIS), a movement organized by numerous planets that sought to secede from the Republic.

Outside of the films, the character appears in a number of canonical and non-canonical Star Wars works, such as comic books and video games, which depict him as an antihero rather than a villainous figure, and explore his past as both a bounty hunter and Mandalorian warrior.

Some clones disobeyed the infamous order than decimated the Jedi order, and refused to execute it. SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. Wolffe: As with Captain Rex Wolffe removed his bio chip.
Because the clones harbored no malice nor hatred, but were merely following a legal order that their inhibitor chips compelled them to obey, they had no ill intent in their heart, which might have given some warning to the Jedi via the Force. Yoda feels the effects of Order 66 in the Force.
Jango hated the Jedi for what they took from him. Perhaps he even hated him for having a home to return to after helping the New Mandalorians take his. Whatever the reason, he hated the Jedi enough to become essential to Palpatine's elaborate plans of genocide.
The Prime Jedi was an individual who became the first Jedi to ever use the Force. The Prime Jedi was also the founder of the Jedi Order, which they established on the planet Ahch-To around 25,025 BBY.
According to Imperial Estimates in Star Wars Inside #87, only about 100 of the Jedi survived Order 66. Most were subsequently hunted down and killed in the years following the Great Jedi Purge.
During one of these missions she would break the Jedi Code's rule of attachment by falling in love with Darman, RC-1136, a clone commando in Omega Squad, and becoming pregnant with his child, Venku Skirata. The two would later marry in the traditional Mandalorian way shortly before her death in 19 BBY.
Clones like Rex, Kix, Gregor, and ARC Troopers removed inhibitor chips and preserved their free will post-Order 66. The Bad Batch, Alpha-Class ARCs, and Cut Lawquane defied Order 66 due to immunity, free-thinking, or lack of contact.
Order 69(AKA "clean up") was the idea to kill the entire clone army in one sitting, leaving the Jedi defenseless and exposed by the sudden departure. Palpatine knows the Jedi's weakness is empathy and most will try to help the clones and now it should be easy to either drive the Jedi into hiding or have them killed.
Captain Rex was able to resist executing Order 66 because he was able to remove his inhibitor chip. In the Star Wars universe, the inhibitor chips were implanted in the brains of all clone troopers to ensure their loyalty to the Galactic Republic.
But these complaints often ignore the sheer number of Jedi who did die during Order 66 and shortly afterward. We are talking about, at least, a few thousand. Considering how few survivors there are—less than 100 as of 2023—the actual death toll is probably closer to nine thousand or so. That's still a lot of dead Jedi!

The fact that clones could defy the orders that are literally written into their brains caused a crisis of faith in the Empire. The hostage quickly informs his captor of why his plan is doomed to fail - Kix (now referred to as "the Last Clone") has infiltrated their ship. With perfect timing, he storms in and saves Quiggold, taking down his opponents with ease while showcasing epic new armor.
That would be Kix. Due to his being frozen in stasis by the Separatists, he survived for 50 years after the end of the Clone Wars before being awakened by a pirate gang several years before the events of the sequel trilogy. Kix, Able, or that one Delta squad guy that appeared in legacy of the Force.
Clone Captain Rex was a generation one clone who became the hero of the entire army. The term "generation one" designated the first group of clones who were created from the Jango Fett genotype, including Clone Captain Rex of the 501st Legion and Clone Sergeant Slick.
