By and Large, the answer is Hulk. Wolverine's healing factor is amazing, one of the best in the business. There's a reason why people are always trying to compare his against others.
Like Deadpool and Wolverine – but way less publicized – the Hulk has the ability to grow entirely new tissue and heal from most wounds in just seconds. Severe wounds as well – including the near-complete destruction of his body mass – are also no match for the healing abilities of the Hulk.
Regenerative Healing Factor: Wolverine's primary mutant power is an accelerated healing process that enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue with far greater efficiency than an ordinary human. He can regenerate greatly damaged or destroyed tissue with few seconds.
Of course this is the Immortal Hulk we are talking about and no other Hulks. Hulk could potentially heal faster than Deadpool due to the whole angrier he gets the faster he heals things. But they are pretty much at the same level currently.

Does Hulk heal like Wolverine?
The Hulk has one of the most powerful healing factors in the Marvel Universe, but his regenerative powers have an incredibly dangerous flaw. Most other characters with healing factors like Wolverine and Deadpool will always heal back in the same way, as their bodies rapidly repair damage.
Meanwhile, the Adamantium was constantly poisoning his insides; Logan's healing factor initially kept the metal's toxicity in check but, as it gradually failed, the poison began overwhelming his system and killing him. Adamantium poisoning may also have turned into the cause of his healing factor's increasing failure.
In the pages of Marvel Comics, Wolverine's healing factor has helped him survive impossible situations, from being ripped apart from Magneto, getting torn in half by the Hulk, and taking on a nuclear bomb head-on and making it out alive.

While Deadpool and Wolverine are both practically immortal because of their respective healing factors, the way the two abilities work within their bodies are very different.
Swords, knives, and more have been used against Hulk and almost none of them even leave a scratch or mark on him. However, with that said, there are two bladed weapons that can cut into Hulk's skin. Adamantium is something that can cause damage to Hulk.
His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
Hulk's inability to break Wolverine and his adamantium claws isn't an indictment of the green monster's strength but more shows how strong Wolverine's metal-coated bones really are. If the Hulk can't snap his claws, then it's unlikely many other heroes or villains could do so, either.
It's not so much that they're strong enough, but rather that they're sharp and strong enough. In their first encounter in The Incredible Hulk #181, Wolverine admits that his claws can't cut the Hulk.
Wolverine's healing doesn't actually work like it's shown. His healing factor will rebuild his body at an accelerated rate, but it isn't 'intelligent' enough to expel foreign material (and definitely not if a bullet was impacted directly onto his skull, like this one-in-a-million shot happens to be).
Wolverine's healing factor makes him capable of surviving without his legs or even his head attached to his body. Wolverine's healing factor was not strong enough in the end to defend Wolverine from having himself be obliterated by Magneto who tears the adamantium from his body.
The adamantium renders his bones virtually unbreakable and his claws capable of penetrating almost any substance depending on its thickness and the force he exerts. His reinforced skeleton also enables him to withstand heavy physical pressure, giving his muscles sufficient force to briefly lift 800 pounds or more.
However, Deadpool's healing factor goes a fair bit beyond Wolverine's, in that Deadpool's healing factor essentially prevents him from dying unless it is something catastrophic. Typically speaking, if Wolverine had an arm chopped off, he would not re-grow a new arm. Deadpool's powers do, in fact, do that.
He would heal from most conventional attacks to his body. He would be immune to any known virus / poison (except maybe the legacy virus). But he wouldn't be “truly” immortal. He can still be killed by enough force/energy that he might be disintegrated.
Wolverine cannot regenerate the adamantium bonded to his skeleton, only his own organic body. At one point the comics Magneto actually ripped the adamantium from Wolverine's skeleton, and he became all misshapen and feral.

Despite his immense power, the Hulk has been defeated by heroes like Wolverine, Iron Man, Puck, and the Punisher. Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, and the Thing have also managed to take down the Hulk using their intelligence, teamwork, and unique abilities.
