The Hulk is one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel universe. He possesses incredible strength, durability, and the ability to heal quickly. His strength is almost limitless, and he can easily defeat practically any opponent. Batman would struggle with Hulk's raw power and incredible strength.
Notably, Batman really hasn't lost to many Marvel heroes in a straight-up fight and has been crucial in finding peace between them. However, there's one Marvel hero who proved capable of getting a good hit against the Dark Knight and keeping him down - Cyclops of the X-Men.
Wolverine or Cap. Both have as much if not more fighting experience than Batman, operate above peak human physical performance, have equivalent plot armor, and have actual superpowers to boot. Batman would have to immobilize Wolverine with a giant magnet.

On the occasions Batman does lose a fight, it's by such an order of magnitude that any reasonable person would collapse under the weight of the loss. But Batman wears each defeat he suffers like a badge, emerging stronger and more determined each time, and becoming a greater hero from that tragedy.
Kang's far-future technology is going to give him every advantage. Kang conquered everything in his future; if there's anyone who is a match for Batman in skill and tactics, it's him. His tech trumps everything Batman has, and he could disable anything the Dark Knight brings to bear.
Batman may have great intellect but so does Thanos, who happens to possess an exponential amount of strength compared to Batman along with the Infinity Stones that can bend time and reality. Batman can simply not prevail.
Wiz: Despite Batman possessing more skill and knowledge, Spider-Man's abilities ultimately overpowered his arsenal. Boomstick: To be fair, Bats might have been able to deal with Spidey's strength and speed, but that damn Spider-Sense changes everything!
Batman is much smarter than the Hulk. He's the world's greatest detective, and probably the world's greatest tactician (maybe second, after Deathstroke). He could certainly outsmart the Hulk, however Hulk's powers have grown over the years to the point where he is able to adapt to any attack.
The God of Thunder wins, there is absolutely nothing Batman can do against Thor. Batman has a small nuclear bomb in his cave, but Thor could easily walk it off. As far as I know, the fangs of the Midgard Serpent can hurt Thor.
While the Marvel and DC's heroes are pretty evenly matched in some places, DC's would prove too powerful for Marvel's superteams to handle. Beyond the fact that DC's heroes are overall more powerful, they have many advantages. From magic-users to Kryptonians to the Flash Family, Marvel can't match DC's power.
He'll have no such luck against Loki. Sure, Batman has some impressive toys, but Loki can easily get into the Dark Knight's head and wreak havoc with him and how he sees the world. Batman might think he's fighting and beating Loki, but it would all be a trick, and Loki would be ready to hit him.
Ultimately, the most likely winner is Batman. He possesses skill, determination, and intellect that is unrivaled and has allowed him to prevail against some of the strongest villains in comics.
Despite being an unstoppable force, powerful beings like Namor, Wolverine, Iron Man, and Deadpool have managed to outsmart and defeat the Hulk. From fellow superheroes to average soldiers, various characters, including Hawkeye and even Batman, have successfully taken down the Hulk.
Aside from enhanced strength and speed, Cap also gained enhanced reflexes — enough to dodge bullets from point-blank range. While Batman, though more reflexive than an average human, just wouldn't cut it in the reflexes department. In a Batman vs Captain America reflex-combat, America would take the win.
By most accounts, Superman seemingly outclasses Thor in terms of raw strength, especially in earlier versions of the DC Universe. He's pulled planets, punched people into orbit, and performed all sorts of wild feats of strength.
Batman is easily overpowered, unable to even land a hit due to Reverse-Flash phasing through any attacks, but Batman points out that if Reverse-Flash is standing on the physical ground, then not all of his body must be phasing.
There is a published Marvel/DC crossover story where Batman and the Hulk fight, and Batman wins. It is the stupidest, most inane outcome in the history of comic books, and comic book characters. In this fight, Batman subdues the Hulk by kicking him in the solar plexus.
As intelligent as Bruce Wayne is, there's little he'd be able to do to defeat Deadpool. He may have plenty of gadgets that could hurt or maim Wilson, and he's also fairly skilled in the art of combat, but the Dark Knight's own moral code would be his downfall.
As soon as he says the magic word, Billy Batson has powers of super-strength, flight, immortality, magic lightning, and many other miscellaneous abilities. Batman could never match that level of pure power.
Wiz: Overall, they're gadgets may have basically countered each other, but the Green Goblin's superior strength, durability, speed and equipment trumped him in the end.
Superman's powers are just too formidable for Kang to be able to handle. His armor is powerful and would allow him to fight Superman for a bit, but eventually, Superman would overwhelm him. He's faced foes from the future and triumphed before, so this would be no different.
