Though Harry becomes an honorary member of the Weasley family, he never actually meets Charlie until he and Hermione join the Weasleys to attend the Quidditch World Cup at the beginning of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. So, if we tally up – Harry ended up with Ginny, Ron with Hermione, and of course Fleur married Ron's brother, Bill. We know Draco went on to marry Astoria Greengrass in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and J.K. Rowling has spoken in the past about Hagrid, and how he never married.
It is only at the end that it is revealed that Penelope is Percy's girlfriend; this explains the magnitude of the shock Percy feels when she is petrified, as well as explaining what she was doing in the school's lower levels at Christmas, near where Percy was.

Did Percy and Penelope break up?
After she finished her education at Hogwarts, Penelope and Percy never married. It can be assumed that they broke up at some point. Percy married another woman named Audrey Weasley instead.
Lucy Weasley (b. 2000s) was the youngest daughter of Percy and Audrey Weasley. She had an elder sister, Molly, named after the girls' paternal grandmother of the same name. She grew up hearing about Broomstick Regulations and other equally exciting Ministry details from her father.
She thought they were only together for the physical side if things. Ginny didn't like her because Fleur treated her like a little girl, not like a respected teenager like Ginny was used to.

Sometimes, certain parts of the story get cut out if they aren't explicitly needed. While Charlie's character is very cool and interesting, he ultimately wasn't a major part of the overall story of Harry Potter. We never do find out what happened to Fleur, but it is likely that Krum, under the same compulsion, disabled her as well. Barty, in the best Death Eater tradition, is trying to assure Harry's victory in the Task by eliminating his competition.
Ginny didn't like Fleur because Fleur treated her like a child and could be very bossy and rude. Hermione on the other hand didn't like Fleur because she was jealous of her good looks and she was upset that Fleur had kissed Ron on the cheek and she was also upset that Ron kept defending her.
Harry Potter had a few love interests during his time at Hogwarts. Though he eventually settled down with Ginny Weasley, he also had a thing for Cho Chang in his earlier school years. Then, of course, there's his secret love for Draco Malfoy… Wait, what?
In the books, Pansy Parkinson has a schoolgirl crush on Draco, and they went together to the Yule Ball. However, there was no true love between them. In the Cursed Child, Draco Malfoy's wife is Astoria Greengrass. Later, after Astoria's death, Draco says that he would “sell [his] soul for another minute with Astoria.”
Their first kiss happens on the front steps of Malfoy Manor. Harry brings Draco his wand after speaking at his trial, “This is yours; thank you.” And this time, Draco won't let him walk away. Harry turns to leave and Draco grabs his arm, turns him back and kisses him.
Dominique Weasley (b. 2000s) was a half-Veela individual and the second daughter of Bill and Fleur Weasley (née Delacour). She had two other siblings, Victoire and Louis Weasley.
