Once they take their shares of the money and go their separate ways, Jesse spots Neil getting into his truck from Kandy Welding Co. and realizes that he was the man who tormented him during his imprisonment. Neil, on the other hand, is pleased to see that Jesse finally remembers him.
Coming to terms with his impending death, Walt tied up loose ends before ambushing Jack's compound. He was mortally wounded in the process, but the event allowed Jesse to break free. Seeing as El Camino picked up moments after Breaking Bad's final episode, Jesse was still 25.
Brock Cantillo, the son of Jesse's murdered girlfriend Andrea, doesn't appear in El Camino, but his presence is felt in a huge way during its closing scenes. As Jesse prepares to start a new life courtesy of Ed the Disappearer, he takes time to say goodbye to just one person, handing Ed a letter to be given to Brock.
The finale did give Jesse a happy ending of sorts when Walt, finally showing something like remorse for what he'd done to his former student, set him free. But our final image of Jesse was behind the wheel, screaming, gunning it down backroads to make his escape. It's an ending, but it's hardly closure.

Despite departing on acrimonious terms, Walt gave Jesse a lump sum of $5M, when he walked away from the meth business. However, by the time the series ended, Jesse had nothing left. Did Walt ever pay Jesse? He did, but ultimately none of it actually ended up in Jesse's pocket.
As for Brock, his fate remained unknown but it was clear that he was still alive. It was speculated that his great-grandmother became his legal guardian following Andrea's death. The woman was seen in Breaking Bad season 3 and an episode in the following installment when Brock was in the hospital.

After realizing that it was Walt who poisoned Brock, Jesse went ballistic. He wanted to bring Walt to justice, even if it meant he has to confess to everything he had done up until that point as well. As a response to this betrayal, Walt put a hit out on Jesse's head.
At the last minute he sees that Jesse is not in partnership but captive. He sees that Jesse has been through enough, and decides to save his life (plus Jesse doesn't need to die to protect the family at this point, like he needed to when Walt first started plotting jesse's death).
Sadly, Jack and his gang saw him through the security cameras and captured him. As punishment, they drove with Jesse to Andrea's house where Todd walked in and shot her. Jesse cried in anguish as remorseless Jack told him they'd kill Brock too if he tried to escape again.

Summary. The noticeable difference in Todd Alquist's appearance in "El Camino" compared to "Breaking Bad" is due to the long wait between filming and the limited time to prepare for the role. "El Camino" is told from Jesse Pinkman's perspective, which may distort the portrayal of characters like Todd Alquist.
The audience never learns the contents of Jesse's letter to Brock, though it's implied that it's an attempt at explaining/apologizing/making amends for all the evil that Jesse unwillingly brought into Brock's life. "That letter to Brock was the very first thing that Vince wrote when writing this script," Paul notes.
Later on, Walt himself admitted to Jesse that he poisoned Brock with a Lily of the Valley plant just to keep Jesse on his side in order for them to orchestrate the death of Gus Fring, but by that point, their relationship was already in shambles.
