Rita Carrey has announced she's reached a settlement with the City of Hamilton regarding her lawsuit in the death of her son Marty Fournier – the nephew of actor Jim Carrey. 25-year-old Fournier was killed in a horrific crash involving a landscaping truck on Patterson Road nearly seven years ago.
