In his prime, Anakin Skywalker could handily defeat any Mandalorian, including Din and Bo-Katan Kryze in many ways in single combat, from his lightsaber attacks to the Force itself. Din Djarin would also lose to Anakin in a space dogfight since Anakin was twice the pilot Din will ever be.

In that regard, Darth Vader will more than likely command fear out of Mando as he comes straight at him, deflecting any projectile Mando throws at him. Mando will need all of Baby Yoda's help in order to make it a decent fight and even then, he'll only be able to survive with the assistance of his little green ward.
In fact, it wasn't uncommon for Mandalorians to beat Jedi in fights throughout the war. Even Obi-Wan is aware of their combat prowess in Star Wars: The Clone Wars: "I know these commandos fought in many wars, often against the Jedi." The Mandalorians were skilled, and there was a whole planet of them.
Additionally, Mando's tools are more updated especially with the Whistling Birds that are invaluable when getting out of a sticky situation. Moreover, Mando's Amban Rifle is probably his most powerful anti-personnel weapon while Boba's outdated jetpack rocket pales in comparison.
Boba, also had a difficult life losing his father at a young age and then going into bounty hunting as an adolescent. However, Boba was accidentally thrown into a Sarlacc Pit, which severely damaged him. In terms of physical prowess, Jango definitely has the upper hand.
Characters like Din Djarin, Boba Fett, Bo-Katan Kryze, and Paz Vizsla all hold the simple rank of Mandalorian, a member of the Children of the Watch responsible for upholding the ways of the Creed - at least in Din, Paz, and now Bo's case. Mandalorians uphold the Way by following the rules of the Creed.
Part of Djarin's power comes from his equipment, including a suit of blaster-proof beskar armor. However, he's only effective because of his sheer skill and versatility. He can even wield the Darksaber in combat. Djarin lacks any sort of political power and has even been exiled from his Mandalorian tribe.
Darth Vader would do very well against the Mandalorians because he has the force. That is one thing the Mandalorians cannot fight. I the clone wars episode “The Lawless” Palpatine easily force chokes them with little effort.
His helmet is legacy that Boba values more than he values himself, yet the helmet actually was Jango's, not a duplicate for trap purposes as some people would assume. Boba put a bomb inside the helmet of Jango as an attempt to assassinate his father's killer.
Mandalore the Ultimate has made a name for himself as possibly the best and most powerful Mandalorian in the whole of the Star Wars universe. Mandalore the Ultimate was only bested by Darth Revan, one of the most powerful Sith Lords in the entire universe.
Jango was killed in battle by Jedi Master Mace Windu while wearing the armor, which ultimately came into the possession of Boba. The armor was repainted in distinctive colors and used by Boba during his career as a bounty hunter.
Despite the Mandalorians developing the perfect techniques to kill Jedi, they were not able to overcome the Jedi's greatest strength. Star Wars Rebels showed exactly why the Force can overcome any weapon the Mandalorians throw at the Jedi.
Wiz: Boba Fett had a 55% chance of winning this battle. He won by 5%! Boomstick: If Batman didn't have his suits, it would've been a way easier battle for Boba. Wiz: The reason for Boba winning is because he has way more experience, as he has experience in combat his whole life, as he is also older than Batman.
Having seen Cad Bane in action in The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch, I think that Bane has the upper hand over Din Djarin. He is a seasoned bounty hunter, mercenary and killer who can fight with blasters, flamethrowers and hand to hand combat. Bane also held himself well against Fennec Shand in “Lost Bounty.”
It was too heavy for Mando to effectively use. There were a few theories why a supposedly weightless blade was so heavy. Yet there was no definitive explanation.
Notably, the Dagoyan Masters of Bardotta regarded the Jedi as thieves and kidnappers because of that practice. Some Mandalorians, most notably members of Death Watch, held a grudge against the Jedi for their perceived crimes against Mandalore during the Mandalorian-Jedi War.
Yoda claims that the light side of the Force is stronger than the dark, but his battle against Palpatine is almost equal. The Sith Lord's powers were enough to overwhelm the Jedi and send him plummeting down to the depths of the senate chamber.
When it comes down to both combatants in their prime, Yoda was superior to Darth Vader. That debate extends even further to prime Anakin Skywalker as well. He would have been outmatched by Yoda for many of the same reasons Obi-Wan outmatched him, and more.
