Thor. Alongside Hulk, Thor is arguably the most powerful of the original Avengers. Putting it simply, Moon Knight would not stand a chance against him. None of Moon Knight's gadgets even compare to Mjølnir, and Thor has no apparent weaknesses that Moon Knight could exploit.

Moon Knight even seized control of Mjolnir as he revealed that the Uru metal of the hammer is just another moon rock. So while Moon Knight couldn't physically wield the hammer, he could command it to obey his will.
However, their powers are fully explored in the comics. While Khonshu can easily defeat Thor, utilizing his ability to control moon rock and immobilize Mjolnir, he stands no match against the Allfather. Odin at his strongest can lift 90+ tons, while Khonshu has only been able to lift 60.
Moon Knight is skilled and strong. The craziest and most underestimated street-level Marvel superhero. Sure, he may not be the strongest or the best at what he does, but you should never underestimate him.

Can Moon Knight defeat Thanos?
No. This is an example of “ABC” transitive property scaling, and the reason why people look down on power scaling in general. There are mitigating circumstances to why Moon Knight beat thor. I've literally never seen Thor beat Thanos, but in the event that he does, there are mitigating circumstances.
Hulk. The Incredible Hulk's strength far outweighs Moon Knights. Although he has supernatural durability, Moon Knight will still eventually give in. Hulk, on the other hand, never stops no matter what is thrown at him.
On a pure power level, the Egyptian gods are stronger than the average Norse god. If they were fighting in the realm of the Heliopolis, nearly every Egyptian god could beat Norse gods like Thor and Loki. However, the fact that the Egyptian gods work through avatars puts them at a severe disadvantage.
Steve Rogers is one of the few mortals able to not only lift Mjolnir, but wield its full power, making him someone who legitimately could defeat Thor. Assuming the reason for their battle is due to Thor being deceived, possessed, or otherwise out of his mind, Cap would be able to use Mjolnir against him.
The simple answer is no. Yes, Hulk absolutely smashes Thor to the ground with Mjolnir, but, he's holding both Thor and the hammer. Hulk wouldn't have been able to lift Mjolnir by himself, but since the God of Thunder had a firm grip on it as well, he was able to use it as a weapon against his teammate.
While Batman does have some of the characteristics that would allow him to lift Mjolnir, he also has committed several acts that disqualify him. This is a man who once kept extensive files on his allies in case he needed to take them down, files that were stolen and used against said allies.
While Spider-Man has the edge in raw superhuman abilities, Moon Knight's tactics and unpredictability could make it a close fight. In the end, Spider-Man's experience and enhanced powers might give him a slight advantage, but it would be a fantastic matchup to watch in the world of comics.
Pretty much no-one would back Moon Knight against any Superman-class enemy, but Marc Spector has made a career of taking on unbeatable odds and somehow walking away intact - hopefully, he can bring that same luck and creativity to his fight against Taegukgi when the Contest of Chaos begins.
Although Black Panther is extremely resourceful, it does not mean that Moon Knight cannot keep up with the Black Panther for a while. And even though Moon Knight's two personalities could put up a massive fight, Black Panther would not go down so easily.
Although he is an extremely skilled marksman, Clint Barton is often considered to be the weakest member of the team seeing as he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow. That certainly means that Hawkeye one of the weakest Avengers.
Putting it all together, Thor can win against the Hulk, even if he can't kill the Jade Giant. Hulk is practically immortal and has unlimited reserves of strength and stamina, so he can keep fighting forever. Thor's endurance, while godly, is not limitless, so he will eventually lose a prolonged battle.

Moon Knight would have some trouble getting within striking distance of Hawkeye, assuming Clint Barton saw him coming. However, if Moon Knight got within punching range, it seems likely that even Hawkeye would find himself overpowered by the skill of the Moon Knight.
