Although Wolverine has proved himself to be one of the most powerful mutants on Earth, Daken's abilities are much stronger in many ways. Add in his few unique powers, and you end up with an anti-hero who might just be a superior version of his legendary X-men dad.
His combat prowess was demonstrated when he bested Wolverine, Deadpool, Skaar, Punisher, and Sabretooth in combat. Combined with his ability to manipulate pheromones, this grants Daken an incredible advantage over his opponents in combat.
Daken has superhuman reflexes, endurance, longevity and sensory acuity, and an advanced healing factor (the extent of which is yet to be determined). He possesses three retractable bone claws housed within each hand: two dorsal and one palmar below the wrist.
Daken's anger originates from his traumatised and troubled past and Daken has had trouble adjusting and accepting to his fate. Daken harbours a deep hatred for Wolverine and Sabretooth, because he believes that the mutants Wolverine and Sabretooth killed his parents.
Sure, Wolverine is capable of taking the Hulk down (from the inside out if he needs to). However, the irradiated giant that is the Hulk has proven himself to be more than capable of ripping Logan to shreds.
Fans have already seen the outcome of the clash when the superheroes first collided in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine. On that occasion, Wolverine proved he was stronger than Deadpool, who still went as Weapon XI at the time.
Despite his immense power, the Hulk has been defeated by heroes like Wolverine, Iron Man, Puck, and the Punisher. Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, and the Thing have also managed to take down the Hulk using their intelligence, teamwork, and unique abilities.
Silas Burr, aka Cyber, is a ruthless killer with adamantium-laced skin and a deep connection with Logan's past, which makes him the only enemy that Wolverine is terrified of.
The two mutants have long been adversaries, their respective healing factors allowing them to survive for many years to continue their fight. In Sabretooth and the Exiles #1, it is revealed that Sabretooth's healing factor can cut through even collars designed to dampen powers–something Wolverine was unable to do.
Daken has shown the ability to regenerate damaged/missing limbs and organs. Daken has also healed from injuries sustained as a result of being severely beaten by the Thing within a matter of minutes.
Still, it's unlikely that he could defeat Wolverine in battle. Cyclops could almost definitely shred most of Wolverine's body away if he were to use the full power of his optic blast on him, but it's highly unlikely that Wolverine wouldn't regenerate.
Wolverine has less experience than Thor, but is a better martial artist. However, that wouldn't make much of a difference. Thor can fly and has Mjolnir at his disposal, giving him options for long range attacks Wolverine can't match. Wolverine is too smart to go against the God of Thunder alone.
Wolverine, given enough time, could defeat Colossus in a fight using only his claws, but he would have a terrifically difficult time doing so; the latter's skin is made of adamantium, same as Logan's claws, and even a demon-controlled Wolverine can do very little against him.
Not only can Peter balance against literally every angle known to geometry, but his speed and elastic movements allow him to evade projectiles as fast as bullets (not even employing his Spider-Sense in a few instances.) Logan would find it quite difficult to match Spider-Man's physiological advantage.
Sabretooth (Victor Creed) is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with the X-Men, in particular as an enemy of the mutant Wolverine.
But Wolverine takes it as a sign that the mercenary isn't serious about his work, and therefore largely unreliable as an ally. What's more, Logan sees Wade's insanity as an act; a shield for a reckless and chaotic man to indulge his destructive tendencies.
Logan barged in on the Hulk with a harem of women in Tibet and the Hulk quite literally ripped Wolverine in half. He then taunted the mutant, asking which leg he should devour first.

Romulus took the boy in, and in 1959 sent Daken to a boot camp in Canada run by Frederick Hudson, the same camp where Wolverine had first trained more than forty years earlier. Daken was also trained by the same man as his father, Silas Burr. Burr trained Daken for nine months before Daken disappeared one night.
Although Superman is infinitely more powerful than Wolverine, he would lose because he would underestimate his opponent and would not be prepared for Wolverine's very specific skillset. Wolverine, however, would lose to Batman because Bruce Wayne is a master combatant and strategist with a genius-level intellect.
Even if the fight happens with the stones, it'll very difficult for Thanos to kill Wolverine but eventually, Thanos will win given that he has the most powerful weapon in the world. But if the battle is between Thanos without the gauntlet and Wolverine, then Wolverine will definitely defeat him.
His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
