Connect with spirit : The Na'vi worship a mother goddess called Eywa. Eywa is the center of the Na'vi's spiritual universe, and their reverence for her is displayed in a beautiful and palpable way throughout the film. In all that the Na'vi do, there is a direct connection back to their relationship with Eywa.
Woodsprites are interpreted as signs from Eywa. Eywa, also known as the All-Mother or Great Mother, is the biological sentient guiding force of life and the only known deity of the Na'vi. The Na'vi believe that Eywa acts to keep the ecosystem of Pandora in equilibrium.
Neytiri is an expert warrior, strong healer and now fulfills a new role as mother. Long before her maternal responsibilities and relationship with Jake Sully, Neytiri crafted her skills within the forest as an incredible hunter and tracker under her father and olo'eytkan (head of the clan), Eytukan.
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Kiri is the biological reincarnation of Grace and everything that Grace was before she was shot by Colonel Quaritch. Through Eywa, Grace's memories and consciousness were imprinted on an embryo inside her avatar body. This close connection with Eywa allows Kiri to adapt effortlessly to the ocean.
Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone. Kiri's brothers joke that the scientist Norm could be her father. The movie does not reveal much information about the birth of Kiri. It is unclear whether Kiri was conceived before Grace died and her avatar carried her to term.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
Avatar: The Way of Water illustrates that Kiri has a special connection to Eywa, which means she can wield powers and feel her more deeply than other Na'vi. The seizure occurs when Kiri asks Grace, via the Soul Tree's connection, who her birth father is, a mystery that remains unresolved.
How Was Kiri Born? Kiri was born after Grace died following a mortal bullet wound given to her by Quaritch, with her then-empty avatar giving birth to the child despite not having any consciousness.
The seizure is believed to have been caused by frontal lobe epilepsy which could also cause the other symptoms Kiri has been having, including visions and the belief that she's hearing Eywa. However, the Metkayina clan believe it's down to something more spiritual and is a result of Kiri's connection to Eywa.
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.
Zuko's mom is called Ursa, and she is the granddaughter of Roku, the Fire Nation Avatar who preceded Aang. In Avatar: The Last Airbender, it is only revealed that she made a bargain for Zuko's life when his father was planning to kill him, and Zuko's mom was later exiled from the Fire Nation.
Instead, Weaver plays Kiri, the young, adopted daughter of Jake and Neytiri. In the first few moments of the movie, it's actually revealed that Kiri is Dr. Augustine's daughter.

As with the math that leads to Jake being 28, Neytiri's birth in the Earth calendar year 2136 and the film's setting in 2154 add up to make her 18, but that's by Earth standards.
After the Omatikaya's ancestral hometree was destroyed, Jake Sully temporarily relocated the clan to a living area near Hell's Gate while the clan waited to claim a new hometree for themselves. They then migrated back into the jungle and lived in scattered villages. As of 2170, the clan lives in High Camp.
Though there were some theories about Kiri being a reincarnation of Grace, that isn't quite the case. Instead, Kiri's origins are a little more complicated. She was naturally conceived and born of Dr. Grace's Na'vi avatar, adopted by Jake and Neytiri, and raised in the rainforest.
What we do know is that Grace's last moments of consciousness in Avatar are tied to a Tree of Souls. She seemingly died during that ritual, but she also said that she was "with" Eywa, and we now know that while Grace might not be fully alive anymore, something of her essence was preserved in her Na'vi avatar.
I can see them being deeply bonded over the fact that they're both a bit 'other'. She's the result of an immaculate conception, while he's a human living amongst Na'vi. They're both basically parentless and taken in by Jake and Neytiri, seems like something they could bond over.
Why did Kiri cry after seizure? However, the Metkayina, like Ronal, shoot down that belief, saying her seizure was due to a strong connection to Eywa. She later tells Jake that not only does she have a connection to Eywa but can also hear her heartbeat. Eywa's heartbeat is so powerful to her that she is moved to tears.
Kiri was birthed from the avatar of Dr. Grace Augustine, Weaver's character in the first film who died after helping the Na'vi against the colonizing Resources Development Administration (RDA), a greedy company that mines Pandora for its natural resources.
Spider thus exists in a nebulous space when it comes to his identity. He's the offspring of the worst of mankind and wishes to resist his background, yet he cannot completely participate in the culture he admires and, in the case of his crush on Kiri, adores.
Neteyam was born in 2155 as the firstborn son of Jake and Neytiri and his birth was celebrated by the entire Omatikaya clan. Jake and Neytiri welcomed her first child with great emotion and love. Around the same time, his parents adopted Kiri, the daughter born from the avatar of Grace Augustine.
Like his father, the teenage Lo'ak starts out as the reckless misfit who steps into a brave role for his family. Lo'ak is old enough in Pandora to be a warrior and seems to be about 13 or 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of the Water given the time gap between Avatar and its sequel.
Neteyam is the eldest child of Jake and Sully, and grew up with Spider. So, if Na'vi gestates for a similar period to humans, Neteyam is around fourteen years old. Lo'ak is the younger brother of Neteyam, but the two seem to be approximately the same age.
