Tiffany Valentine was once the girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray the serial killer known as the Lakeshore Strangler. They first met at a nightclub in Hackensack, New Jersey. She like so many others referred to him solely by his nickname, Chucky.
Tiffany Valentine loves Charles Lee Ray, aka Chucky, so much that she steals what is left of Chucky after his demise in the previous film from the police, murders the officer she bribed to get the doll parts, and is determined to revive Chucky.
After she angers him, Chucky kills Tiffany, and transfers her soul into a female doll. The duo then goes on a cross-country rampage, during which they have sex.
Just as they are about to complete the ritual, the police show up, prompting Chucky to confess his desire to remain a doll after considering the cons of being human. Disturbed by this, Tiffany decides to leave Chucky and take Glen/Glenda with her, as she still wishes to be human.
The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos. The film, shot in Romania, continues the series' evolution from the pure horror genre of the first three films to a hybrid horror-comedy.
Little did she know, that doll was about to be her new body. Chucky escaped from the playpen and killed Tiffany, transferring her soul into the bride doll she had made. The child identifies as a girl to their mother and a boy to their father, a bit thoughtfully attributed to their self-projections and indiscernible genitalia. Chucky and Tiffany name their child Glen and Glenda, respectively, a nod to Ed Wood's eponymous 1953 trans drama.

The Chucky movie was given a 15 rating by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). According to the BBFC, a 15 rating means: “No one younger than 15 may see a 15 film in a cinema.” The themes cited for the 15 rating is strong gory violence, threat, and bad language.

Sometime later, Nica finally awakens to find Tiffany waiting for her. Telling her that they can finally be together, Tiffany remarks that she had to take precautions in case Chucky regained control. Nica then screams in horror as she discovers Tiffany amputated her arms and legs.
What happened to Jade and Jesse after Bride of Chucky?
At the end of Bride Of Chucky, Jade and Jesse are still alive and it's unclear where their story goes next. It appears that they return to their regular lives, although with traumatic memories of what they have experienced, and they likely have nightmares about the evil doll who attacked them.
Chucky insists the child is a boy and should be called Glen, while Tiffany argues that they're a girl and should be named Glenda. When asked, the doll replies they don't know what they are. During the film, the doll switches between identifying as Glen and Glenda and changes their pronouns and presentation accordingly.
