The new Jackal "reanimates" Vanessa in an attempt to coerce the Kingpin into allying with him in Dead No More: The Clone Conspiracy. While initially receptive, the Kingpin responds by killing Vanessa after she declares their son can be revived as well, while declaring, "That wasn't my wife. That was an abomination".
Breaking his routine of solitude and isolation for Vanessa, Fisk further worried his remaining partners on crime. This led to Owlsley attempting to poison Vanessa with tainted champagne at a Fisk fundraiser.

It looks like Netflix's Daredevil actor Ayelet Zurer is returning for new Disney Plus series Daredevil: Born Again – despite reports of recasting. Zurer played Vanessa, an art gallery employee who eventually marries crime boss Wilson Fisk, AKA Kingpin (Vincent D'Onofrio).
Karen continued her acting career on the “Stuntmaster” TV series, its titular star a former Daredevil opponent, and a film offer brought her back to New York with her agent Phil Kingston. Although Kingston proposed marriage, Karen instead renewed her engagement to Murdock.

While it takes her some time to admit to him that she's his mother, Maggie keeps a close watch over him throughout his life.
Though Maya has every reason to hate Fisk, given how he killed her father and threatened to kill the rest of her family, Maya defeats Fisk with a surprising method.
Maya Lopez is a deaf member of the Choctaw tribe who moved out of her hometown as a child with her father William Lopez, and became the protegée of Wilson Fisk, growing up under his care. Losing her father due to Ronin's hunt for criminals, Lopez became the Tracksuit Mafia's commander, vowing revenge on Ronin.
Yet, it is still unknown how Vanny was able to get fully manipulated and corrupted to become as sinister and evil as Glitchtrap. However it was confirmed that Vanessa/Vanny is the protagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted, meaning that she was corrupted when Glitchtrap attempted to take control of her body.
Foggy's death was faked by Kingpin's estranged wife Vanessa Fisk after he visited Murdock in prison. Entering witness protection in Philadelphia as “Everett Williams,” Nelson was targeted by mobsters, but rescued by Hand ninjas commanded by Pagon, a Skrull impersonating Elektra.
Bullseye returned to prominence thanks to Netflix's Daredevil series. Bullseye is a major villain in the show's third and final season, though he never actually uses the "Bullseye" name or wears the iconic black and white costume.
