Jeri Lynn Ryan (née Zimmermann; born February 22, 1968) is an American actress best known for her role as the former Borg drone Seven of Nine in Star Trek: Voyager (1997–2001), for which she was nominated four times for a Saturn Award and won in 2001.
It isn't confirmed what happens to Naomi after Voyager's return to the Alpha Quadrant, but a future version of Naomi Wildman (Vanessa Branch) is in Starfleet, following through on aspirations to be like her heroes, Seven of Nine and Captain Janeway.
By the time of the series finale, "Endgame", The Doctor had managed to remove the implant, allowing Seven to pursue a relationship with Chakotay. The alternative future seen at the start of the episode showed that Seven and Chakotay were eventually married, but she died while Voyager was still travelling home.
Is the Borg Queen in first contact the same one in Voyager?
Alice Krige reprized her role as Borg Queen in Voyager's finale "Endgame", in which she faced off against Starfleet's Admiral Janeway. Physically, this is presumably a different Queen from the one in First Contact and the one in previous Voyager episodes.

Are there two Borg queens?
Only one Queen exists at any given time; when she is destroyed, a new Queen takes her place. In Star Trek: Voyager, it's revealed that the Borg Queen isn't a singular entity, but the name given to any that serves as its host, possessing all previous Queen's collective consciousness.
Kate Mulgrew prevented Janeway and Chakotay from becoming a couple on Star Trek: Voyager, prioritizing Janeway's likability and reputation. A potential romance between Janeway and Chakotay was also hindered by Starfleet rules, with Janeway focusing on her task of getting Voyager home.
In that future, Seven was killed on a mission in 2381 and Chakotay died in 2394. The series finale left the couple's future open-ended; however, this storyline hasn't been mentioned in any follow-up iteration of Star Trek, including Picard and Prodigy.
A Chakotay cameo would, therefore, have distracted from the overall story of Admiral Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) confronting the trauma of his past. Chakotay being at the head of a fascist government also doesn't fit with his character, as he was a member of the Maquis, which fought against Cardassian oppression.
Unlike previous Star Trek series, Voyager's ending was not a surprise. The plan to end was already in place when producer Branon Braga left after season 6 to begin work on Star Trek: Enterprise.
The showrunners reluctantly terminated Lien's contract as a member of Voyager's main cast due to unresolved personal issues that affected her performance. She was replaced by a new character, Seven of Nine, played by Jeri Ryan. In 2000, Lien returned as a guest actor for a season six episode titled "Fury".
Seven of Nine, with the aid of Ambassador Spock and the Enterprise-E crew, manages to communicate with Janeway's consciousness, buried deep within the Queen's mind. During a brief moment of contact, Janeway helps them destroy the Borg cube, with all hands on board. Although Seven manages to escape, Janeway is killed.

Do Janeway and Chakotay get together in the books?
In the non-canon Trek novels, Chakotay promptly ends his relationship with Seven shortly after returning to the Alpha Quadrant and he takes command of Voyager after Janeway is promoted to Admiral. Chakotay and Janeway do consummate their relationship, but just before Janeway's untimely death.
In September 2382, as Voyager prepared for a new expedition far beyond the Federation, Chakotay and Janeway decided to get married. The wedding was officiated by Captain Regina Farkas.
We know that Captain Janeway was engaged to Mark Johnson. They lived together, and had an Irish Setter named Mollie. While Kathryn never forgot her man, Mark had accepted his lost love was gone forever. He remarried and went on with his life.
Tom Paris and Gath were Janeway's least significant and forgettable love interests, while Chakotay had the strongest connection with her. Janeway's relationship with Q was hilariously memorable, while her romance with Jaffen was tragically heartfelt.
