Blue is a female Velociraptor that appears in Jurassic World, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, and Jurassic World: Dominion. She is the oldest of the four raptors in her pack consisting of her sisters, Delta, Echo, and Charlie.
This means that it was Delta that was tazed. In the Jurassic World Special Edition Junior Novelization Delta is the first raptor of the Jurassic World Velociraptor Pack to die instead of Charlie. Furthermore, due to her death in the novelization, Echo is the one that kills Hoskins instead of Delta.
C-167 “Echo” was a female Velociraptor antirrhopus masranii originally bred for InGen Security's I.B.R.I.S. Project. She was the second-youngest member of her subspecies to survive infancy, with two older sisters and one younger sister.
Charlie was one of the Velociraptors that are being trained by Owen Grady that appears in Jurassic World. She met her end when she got blown up by an InGen Security Trooper after turning on the humans during the assault on the Indominus rex. She was the youngest of the four trained raptors.
Sadly, the three died, and Blue was the only survivor. After this, Delta, Echo, and Charlie were cloned and introduced to Blue. Each raptor had the DNA of other animals in their genes with Blue having Black-throated monitor lizard, Charlie having Green Iguana, and Delta having the DNA of birds.

After Blue was released into the wild, she asexually-reproduced and raised her only offspring, Beta, living in the abandoned bus and training her to become a dominate predator; i.e. hunting, killing, etc.
Delta is a major character in the 2015 sci-fi adventure blockbuster film Jurassic World. She is a Velociraptor who was trained along with the rest of her pack by Owen Grady. She is known for being responsible for the death of Vic Hoskins.

Later, Owen re-establishes his bond with the surviving raptors, two of which die while attacking the Indominus. The latter is eventually killed, and the last surviving raptor, a female named Blue, is left on the island. Owen and Claire decide that they will remain together.
Blue was never the Alpha of the Velociraptor pack commonly known as “Raptor Squad”. At every point in the movie Jurassic World (2015), Blue served as the Beta, acting as a sort of second-in-command to the pack's alpha. The position of alpha changed a few times throughout the course of the movie.
It is revealed that Blue is still alive, but she and many other creatures will now face an impending danger, in the form of an erupting volcano. A leak revealed that Blue will be at the center of the plot of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, with Owen having to prevent her from being "used for violence".
While Jurassic World established that the Raptors, Mosasaur and Indominus are female, we do know that there were also males, and controlled breeding, like in today's zoos.
In a close call manner, Ghost followed him. The Atrociraptor managed to leap into the plane and attempted to attack and kill Owen, but due to the plane's steep flight, Owen's motorcycle slammed into Ghost, causing both Ghost and the motorcycle to fall out of the open hatch and down into the sea of Malta.

In Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Owen returned to Isla Nublar to rescue Blue, whose DNA was needed to create the Indoraptor, which repurposed Blue as the most important Velociraptor in the entire franchise.

Appearance. The Indominus rex is a man-made hybrid dinosaur. She was created with the DNA of other species of theropod dinosaurs, which include Tyrannosaurus rex (the base genome), Velociraptor, Carnotaurus, Giganotosaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, and Therizinosaurus.
The Indoraptor then moves to lunge towards Owen when Blue arrives once more and resumed her attack, with both tumbling through the glass in a deadlock grapple. Once they landed, the Indoraptor gets impaled by the brow horns of a Agujaceratops skull and perished within seconds.
Dilophosaurus was featured in the novel Jurassic Park and its movie adaptation, where it was given the fictional abilities to spit venom and expand a neck frill, and was depicted as smaller than the real animal.
