Lucius Malfoy was one of the many Death Eaters who denied their allegiance to Voldemort after the end of the First Wizarding War and therefore would be a perfect example of the kind of person Barty Crouch Jr. hates the most.
The book gave us the answer already. Crouch Jr made sure to intimidate and scare anyone who he thought might interfere with Harry's success in the tournament. Draco and Snape were Harry's greatest enemies at Hogwarts and were very vocal about their hatred for Harry.
In 1994, Moody accepted Dumbledore's offer to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts for a year, but was captured and imprisoned by Barty Crouch Jr., who impersonated him during the 1994–1995 school year, in order to send Harry Potter to Lord Voldemort.
After Voldemort freed his son from the Imperius Curse Crouch put on him, Crouch's sanity was damaged by the Imperius Curse Voldemort put on him, leaving him in a delusional and weakened state after he managed to fight the Imperius Curse, and resulted in his death at the hands of his own son.
In the battle that ensued, the prophecy was destroyed, and Lucius and his comrades were imprisoned in Azkaban in 1996. Although Voldemort broke them out of prison in 1997, he was displeased with Lucius for his failures and treated the Malfoys with much disdain and abuse.
When Lucius turns on Voldemort due to the reveal of his Horcruxes, Narcissa divorces him, taking 75% of Malfoy's wealth with her. Even her relationship with Draco is different, with POS-Narcissa only viewing Draco as a tool to further her own agenda.
In the film version, Barty Crouch Jr. has the habit of licking his lips when threatened, in a snake-like way, to which he occasionally shows while under the disguise of Alastor Moody. This action led to him giving himself away to his father following the second task of the Triwizard Tournament.
In Sirius Black's opinion, and by all accounts, the trial was nothing more than a sham for Crouch Snr to express his hatred for his son and to publicly disown him in front of the entire Wizengamot. However, given Crouch Jnr's obsessive loyalty to Voldemort, it is likely that he did indeed torture the Longbottoms.
Although Crouch eventually escaped, he was murdered by his own son when he attempted to warn Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore of what had happened. His son felt like Crouch Sr. loved his wife more than he had ever loved his son, but this was only the truth in the son's eyes and not necessarily the accurate truth.
Harry describes Umbridge to Sirius Black, saying that she's vile enough to be a Death Eater, despite not being one. Umbridge is also depicted to be a prejudiced person, despising half-breeds and Muggle-born witches and wizards to the point of firing Hagrid due to his half-giant birth status.
During the 1994–1995 school year, Barty Crouch Jnr (disguised as Alastor Moody) transformed student Draco Malfoy into a white ferret and bounced him up and down, as punishment for attempting to attack fellow student Harry Potter from behind, earning Draco the nickname of "The Amazing Bouncing Ferret".
His fears were assuaged in 1944, when he received a Hogwarts letter and began attending the school, where he was sorted into Hufflepuff, but he never forgot about his sister. He attended Hogwarts around the same time as future mediwitch Poppy Pomfrey.
Malfoy hated all the attention Harry recieved . Malfoy thought Harry was a dark wizard, he tried to befriend Harry but he refused because of the way Malfoy treated Ron whom he already made friends with. That's why Malfoy hate Harry for turning him down.
Draco Malfoy's gang often bullied Harry Potter near upcoming Quidditch games in an attempt to make him nervous. As the years went by, however, Harry became used to the teasing and often made amusing comebacks.
The Dark wizard believed that Lord Voldemort would lead his family to a place of dominance over the Muggle and wizarding worlds. Instead, Lucius and his family spent agonizing months as the lowest of the low among the Death Eaters, constantly in fear that Voldemort would murder them and those they loved.
Due to his humiliation in the Triwizard Tournament, Cedric eventually becomes a Death Eater and kills Neville Longbottom. Due to Neville's death, the final Horcrux Nagini was never destroyed, and as a result Voldemort is never defeated, kills Harry and takes over the Wizarding World.
Alice and Frank Longbottom were not killed. They were tortured with the Cruciatus Curse to the point of insanity. It was a combination of Bellatrix Lestrange, Rodolphus Lestrange, Rabastan Lestrange, and Barty Crouch Jr.
Officially, Neville was shown to have taken two lives: Voldemort's snake, Nagini and a Snatcher named Scabior. He was also depicted to have killed three other unidentified Snatchers, which brought his official body count to five.
The elder Barty Crouch sacked Winky when she was found holding a wand in suspicious circumstances, which not only publicly associated him with dark magic, but demonstrated that her guardianship of his son might be unreliable.
What Makes Him Pure Evil? Unlike his novel counterpart, who turned to villainy due to pitiable factors out of his ability to control, such as his father's neglect, this version turned to a life of villainy on his own accord for no reason other than pure sadism, as well as likely some pureblood supremacy views.
Harry Potter had a few love interests during his time at Hogwarts. Though he eventually settled down with Ginny Weasley, he also had a thing for Cho Chang in his earlier school years. Then, of course, there's his secret love for Draco Malfoy…
Their first kiss happens on the front steps of Malfoy Manor. Harry brings Draco his wand after speaking at his trial, “This is yours; thank you.” And this time, Draco won't let him walk away. Harry turns to leave and Draco grabs his arm, turns him back and kisses him.
In the books, Pansy Parkinson has a schoolgirl crush on Draco, and they went together to the Yule Ball. However, there was no true love between them. In the Cursed Child, Draco Malfoy's wife is Astoria Greengrass. Later, after Astoria's death, Draco says that he would “sell [his] soul for another minute with Astoria.”
