Nick Fury most likely calls Gravik at the end of Secret Invasion episode 5. Fury phones Gravik earlier in the episode and agrees to hand over “The Harvest,” a collection of the Avengers' DNA that can be used to make Super Skrulls with the powers of Captain Marvel and other superpowered beings.
