In fact, Lucius' own support to Voldemort is revealed to come only under some form of duress, which is likely Narcissa's Veela Allure. When Lucius turns on Voldemort due to the reveal of his Horcruxes, Narcissa divorces him, taking 75% of Malfoy's wealth with her.

None of the Malfoys were subsequently imprisoned in Azkaban because of this defection. Draco then married Astoria Greengrass sometime between 1998-2005, and had a son called Scorpius circa 2006. I always saw Narcissa divorcing Lucius after the events of the Second Wizarding War because he put being a follower of Voldemort above everything even the safety of their own son which made her lose the love and respect that she had for her husband.
In some parts of the saga, Draco even seems obsessed with Hermione. Even though he considers Muggle-borns to be inferior, he hasn't ever picked on one other than Hermione.
During the final battle, Bellatrix was the last Death Eater standing. She was eventually killed in a duel by Molly Weasley after her attempted murder of Ginny Weasley. While no Malfoy can yet be expected in the game, the Black family's views on blood supremacy make them close Malfoy allies and the next best thing narratively. With some characters still unknown and the timing working so that player could run into a young Albus Dumbledore, players could expect some familiar encounters.
