As she's dying, Martine tells Morbius to drink from her to "make it mean something" and give him the strength to defeat Milo. It doesn't stop Milo from overpowering Morbius during the fight, but the tide is turned when they crash underground.
Before she dies, though, Martine bites Morbius' lip and drinks a drop of his blood – and after she dies, the devastated vampire bites her. At the end of the film, we see Martine wake up… and she's a vampire herself.
Though Martine is a firm ally of Morbius in the movie, never turning her back on him no matter how his powers change him, that's not always the case in the comics that follow Morbius. She does turn on him, though it's not entirely her fault. One storyline actually sees her under the control of the sorcerer Daemond.

This scene not only proves that Venom and Morbius take place in the same universe but also references Eddie Brock and Venom's actions in San Francisco, which have made them fugitives by the end of Let There Be Carnage.

Since Milo wounded her, but didn't actually kill her, perhaps she was infected by his vampirism. However, she also bites Morbius' lip before she dies, tasting his blood, too. Hence, she was either infected by Milo or Morbius—and became a vampire instead of dying like their other victims.
The violet cracks in the sky symbolize the multiverse breaking, and with this credits scene, the implication is that Morbius (Jared Leto) and his world (which includes Venom and Carnage) are one of the parallel dimensions that is threatening to bleed into Strange's and the larger Marvel cinematic universe (MCU).
