J.A.R.V.I.S exists, but his matrix has been integrated into Vision. So technically, J.A.R.V.I.S doesn't exist in his AI form, and is now turned into Vision. As there is no J.A.R.V.I.S to help Tony, he had to use another one of his many AI's, one of them being F.R.I.D.A.Y.
