Tony attempts to locate Gina and finds her with Manny. When he sees them wearing bathrobes, Tony thinks they must be having sexual intercourse. An enraged Tony shoots and kills Manny in a cocaine-fueled rage before Gina reveals that they were just married and would announce it to Tony when he returned home.
Upon investigating, he finds out that Gina is at Manny's house, and in a fit of rage, he kills Manny. But he comes to regret his decision as Gina reveals that they recently got married and were planning to surprise him.
Enraged, Tony shoots Manny twice (although the second shot is edited out in the TV version). Gina runs down the stairs and cries over Manny's body before telling Tony that they got married the day before. After going back to his mansion, Tony shows regret for killing his friend.
So all together, it's not as shocking of a scene when Tony shoots Manny because he had it coming from a coked out guy like Tony. Manny should have stayed away from Gina because of the type of guy Tony is. After these mistakes, marrying Gina was probably the straw that broke the camels back for Tony.
At the end of the film Gina herself suggests Tony must indeed want her because he can't stand for another man to be with her. Tony has a genuine look of confusion on his face and even asks what she's talking about. Therefore he likely did not have sexual feelings towards her.
