The Improved Televised Twins At the end of Seed of Chucky, Glen and Glenda were transferred into twin human babies, allowing both of them to exist simultaneously. Because their consciousness was transferred into infant-sized brains, the twins grew up without the knowledge that they once lived as a sentient doll.
Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses. The two settle on a plan to transfer their souls into human bodies, and Glen and Glenda into two separate twins, created by impregnating actress Jennifer Tilly with Chucky's sperm in a weird bit of meta humor.
After the events of the film (and bear with me here, because this gets complicated): Glen murders Chucky for killing Tiffany, Tiffany possesses the soul of actress Jennifer Tilly, And a possessed Tilly gives birth to twin babies so Glen and Glenda can live on as humans.
Chucky and Tiffany had, unknowingly to Jennifer, been planning to use her and Redman as their new bodies. In order to get Glen's soul into a human body, Chucky's semen is inserted by Tiffany into Jennifer so she can bear a child for Glen to use.
The child identifies as a girl to their mother and a boy to their father, a bit thoughtfully attributed to their self-projections and indiscernible genitalia. Chucky and Tiffany name their child Glen and Glenda, respectively, a nod to Ed Wood's eponymous 1953 trans drama.

Why are Glen and Glenda both girls?
Additionally, both twins are played by nonbinary actor Lachlan Watson. By making both twins certain they're nonbinary, Glen and Glenda were able to retain personality traits from their past lives without implying those traits are a result of gender confusion.
Tiffany is stabbed in the heart by Chucky, and avenged by Jade who shoots Chucky to death. As she lies dying, Tiffany gives birth to a bloody baby doll which attacks the lieutenant.
Little did she know, that doll was about to be her new body. Chucky escaped from the playpen and killed Tiffany, transferring her soul into the bride doll she had made. Chucky eventually proposed to her after being impressed by her abilities and creativity as a killer, and it all got weirder when they had sex.
Through flashbacks, Chucky explains that he was a friend of the family. He was in love with Sarah, but she was married and pregnant with Nica. Chucky killed Sarah's husband and kidnapped her some time after the funeral. After Sarah rejects him, Chucky stabs her in the stomach before fleeing from the police.
He only became evil due to his sadistic desire to hurt and kill others, shown when his father was killed by the Hackensack killer, and decided to become just like him because he was inspired by the killers actions.
Also known as the Lakeshore Strangler, we first meet Chucky in his original human form as he's running from the cops in Chicago. Upon being shot, he uses voodoo and an amulet, the Heart of Damballa, to transfer his soul into the closest vessel: a Good Guy doll. And thus, the Chucky we all know and fear came to be.
After her husband's funeral, she is kidnapped by Charles, but manages to call the police. Charles angered by her rejection, pulls out a knife and stabs her in the stomach before fleeing the oncoming police. Because she was pregnant with Nica, his actions cause her to be paraplegic.
Glen was completely opposite from their father Chucky and their twin sister, Glenda. Even though he was Chucky's son, who was cruel, malevolent and sadistic, Glen is strikingly meek, kind and compassionate. their parents had their different reactions to their gentle nature.
Following the events of “Bride of Chucky,” Tiffany, in doll form, gave birth to a child who was born a doll rather than just a soul trapped in one like their parents. Glen grows up and is introduced in “Seed of Chucky” as a sweet child who doesn't share their parents' appetite for murder.
She is his accomplice in murder and love and has the same killer instincts. Tiffany loves Chucky, even in his doll form, and in Bride of Chucky, she recovers his body from the authorities so she can raise him from the dead yet again.
Tiffany Valentine, portrayed by horror icon Jennifer Tilly, made her first on-screen appearance in 1998's Bride of Chucky. Canonically speaking, though, she was actually the girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray before he became a killer doll.
Charles Lee Ray was a character known as the Lakeshore Strangler who murdered 22 people before his death in the beginning of Child's Play. He is Chucky's original human form before he transferred his soul into a doll.
Glenda is the unborn twin of Glen who occasionally takes over their body's consciousness when Glen is physically assaulted; it's a similar phenomenon to when Nica Pierce becomes herself again when she faints and Chucky's soul momentarily leaves her body.
In the Seed of Chucky (2004), Tiffany was pesting Chucky all throughout the movie to stop the killings and focus on family. Chucky wanted to keep being a serial killer. Towards the bedroom scene when Jennifer gives birth, Tiffany stated that she was tired of Chucky's unwillingness to change and walked out on him.
Tiffany also made use of this spell, splitting her own soul and placing a piece into a brand new Belle doll, using this new Tiffany as a minion of her own.
In omnipotent fashion, he gives life to this monster, and thus the film begins, or as Lugosi states “Life is begun.” The audience is then introduced to the tale of Glen/Glenda, a male to female transvestite, through a conversation between police Inspector Warren (Lyle Talbot) and Dr. Alton.
Chucky tells Jake he's "not a monster" for accepting Glen/da the way they are. But still, Chucky isn't capable of loving anyone but himself, right? In Seed, Chucky tried to kill Glen/da for going against him.
