Viewers should be aware that this film contains some extreme violence throughout the movie, the "Reapers" are a major scare, so that is a concerned to cover your eyes if you don't like scaryness that well. There are drug uses, mis-use of sharp objects in one scene. And quite alot of swearing.
There are scenes of kidnapped humans in drug-induced comas being bled to feed the vampires. Frequent profanity is played for humor in this movie and sexual references are extremely explicit, including incest and sex toys.
As expected it will follow in the footsteps of the original 1998 film, which was also rated R for "strong, pervasive vampire violence and gore, language, and brief sexuality." Speaking with Deadline, Demange called the R rating "so important" to the film.
Great Style, Great Movie, But Doesn't Quite Match The First. This chapter of the Blade trilogy does not quite deliver the same atmosphere as the first installment, but still brings enjoyment, a capable cast, and a good story.

Blade possesses all of a vampire's strengths without their weaknesses. He has superhuman strength, stamina, and senses, as well as an accelerated healing factor, but is impervious to sunlight and vampire bites. In addition to his supernatural abilities, he's also an incredibly skilled fighter.
Though it's rated R for violence (some pretty gross, including an icky bug that enters the hero's body through his belly button) and language, most teens 14 and up who are begging to see it should be able to handle it without a problem.
Blade: Trinity was released in the United States on December 8, 2004. The film grossed $132 million at the box office worldwide on a budget of $65 million and received mostly negative reviews from critics for its formulaic themes, directing and acting; it is the worst-reviewed film in the trilogy.
The A Court of Thorns and Roses series is by far one of the spiciest young adult series out there. I definitely went with a more “tame” quote for this one, but don't let it fool you! The series debut starts off strong with the steamy scenes and only increases in heat from there.
Things to be aware of: Sensuality, there is a kiss near the end and the the character has an internal narrative going on while the kiss is happening. There are suggestions of other sexual conduct going on, but nothing overly graphic nor explicit. One side character is in a homosexual relationship with a mortal.
1. it's a YA but there is romance, you'll get a little bit of spice in unravel me and ignite me, but remember is YA so it's not overly detailed. 2. you don't need to read the novellas, but I would recommend reading the ones with Warners POV, you'll understand him better.
Marvel's Blade movie will be rated R, signaling that the studio is willing to take more risks and give creative teams more freedom. The R rating allows for more captivating and mature storytelling, appealing to viewers tired of family-friendly MCU films.
Sadly, there is some nudity in the film and strong language, in addition to some bloody violent scenes, and we cannot award our Dove Seal to the film as a family-friendly movie.
Of course, those who've seen it only on video really haven't seen it at all. Just the shadow. "Blade Runner" is rated R for nudity, violence and profanity.
Blade II is a better vampire movie than recent entries such as Queen of the Damned or Dracula 2000. That said, Wesley Snipes' return as slayer of the undead still is fairly anemic. Del Toro has Blade II timed to the emotional beat, and it flows from track to track like your favorite CD mix.
