Velociraptors are social animals by nature, and Blue is no exception. Her superior skills allowed her to take the position of beta over her younger sisters; she sought to be the pride's alpha, but her father figure Owen Grady maintained a superior position to her.
In the four years since the 2018 Dinosaur Outbreak, Blue has settled in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and has had a daughter named Beta through asexual reproduction due to the monitor lizard DNA used in Blue's creation.
Blue was never the Alpha of the Velociraptor pack commonly known as “Raptor Squad”. At every point in the movie Jurassic World (2015), Blue served as the Beta, acting as a sort of second-in-command to the pack's alpha. The position of alpha changed a few times throughout the course of the movie.
Beta's name is a possible reference to her mother being the beta of the Jurassic World Velociraptor pack. Through the movie, Beta's size is slightly inconsistent with some shots having her much smaller than Maisie, and some (where Beta is strapped to Owen's back) have her the size of Owen's entire back.

Was Blue the only raptor to survive?
Sadly, the three died, and Blue was the only survivor. After this, Delta, Echo, and Charlie were cloned and introduced to Blue. Each raptor had the DNA of other animals in their genes with Blue having Black-throated monitor lizard, Charlie having Green Iguana, and Delta having the DNA of birds.
Before she had Beta, it could've been that Blue had disregarded the pair's history, and she was ready to move on, as most animals do. But Jurassic World Dominion proved that Blue was still a special creature who knew Owen was important to her.
This means that it was Delta that was tazed. In the Jurassic World Special Edition Junior Novelization Delta is the first raptor of the Jurassic World Velociraptor Pack to die instead of Charlie. Furthermore, due to her death in the novelization, Echo is the one that kills Hoskins instead of Delta.
She also has to watch her sisters in raptor-hood die, and it's kind of traumatizing, actually. Blue is great. Blue is a female. She's referred to as a female about 400 times in the film.
It turns out that Blue has been able to asexually reproduce due to the monitor lizard DNA within her system, and has given birth to a daughter named Beta. Blue and Beta live in the wilderness near the cabin where Grady lives with Claire Deering (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon).
When the Indominus ordered them to attack again, they instead followed Owen's orders. However, the two were overwhelmed by the hybrid. Delta was thrown into the Winston's Steakhouse Grill and roasted alive while Echo was snatched by the hybrid's jaws and thrown away.
In Jurassic World, Blue is the oldest of the four Velociraptors trained by Owen Grady for a research program on Isla Nublar, the site of a new theme park.
So the film is essentially saying that Blue will mate with her baby once he matures. Considering that 'Beta' is practically irrelevant throughout the entire film, it maybe would have been wiser to sacrifice his role as 'cute baby raptor for the kids' for the sake of avoiding mother-son dinosaur incest.
Charlie was one of the Velociraptors that are being trained by Owen Grady that appears in Jurassic World. She met her end when she got blown up by an InGen Security Trooper after turning on the humans during the assault on the Indominus rex. She was the youngest of the four trained raptors.

What did Owen say to Blue at the end of Jurassic World?
At the end of Jurassic World, after the handicap fight between Blue, T-Rex vs. I-Rex, when the T-Rex leaves, Blue looks at Owen, Owen then nods no, to which Blue runs off.
As Blue turns back to Owen and the others in fuller view, there is a moment when Owen purposefully shakes his head 'No'. The battle being over, Blues instincts could return to normal, but with his parental figure Owen saying no he realizes they are all family – not food – and runs off as well.
Frog DNA serves as both an easy, uncomplicated solution to the dinosaurs' genetic sequence and a plot device for later on in the film. It's that DNA solution that is responsible for every dinosaur in the Jurassic Park series, like the T-Rex and Velociraptor before the later movies move into more overt genetic splicing.
Jurassic World may have been originally imagined as a trilogy, but the franchise isn't extinct yet. A fourth film in the sequel series to Jurassic Park has been green-lit ahead of a summer 2025 release. It will be the seventh blockbuster in the franchise overall, and the first since 2022's Jurassic World: Dominion.
