Who Are Kiri's Parents? Due to her unusual origins, she is unlike anyone the other Na'vi have seen before. Kiri is directly descended from Grace Augustine's avatar, who was discovered to be pregnant shortly after her death.
Kiri was born in 2155 or 2156 through the avatar body of Grace Augustine, which was rendered brain-dead after Grace had passed away. Jake and Neytiri adopted Kiri after she was born.

But Grace left behind her Na'vi avatar, which was kept in stasis by Neytiri, Jake Sully, and her other scientist friends, as per media reports. Grace's avatar gives birth to Kiri, and Jake adopts her. Jake describes Juri's conception as a total mystery. It could be an immaculate conception.
While Dr. Grace Augustine died in the first movie, Kiri ended up miraculously being born of Grace's inert avatar. This means that, while Kiri was raised by Jake and Neytiri, her real mother was Grace, and Weaver returned to the franchise to voice the teenage girl.
Grace was fascinated with how the Na'vi were connected to each other, Pandora, and Eywa. Now, Kiri, who is intrinsically connected to Grace, has a much deeper connection to the Na'vi deity than anyone else. Kiri can hear Eywa in a way no other Na'vi has been able to, not even the spiritual leaders.
The Soul Tree is the heart of Eywa, the goddess that guides all of Pandora. Avatar: The Way of Water illustrates that Kiri has a special connection to Eywa, which means she can wield powers and feel her more deeply than other Na'vi.
Kiri is the biological reincarnation of Grace and everything that Grace was before she was shot by Colonel Quaritch. Through Eywa, Grace's memories and consciousness were imprinted on an embryo inside her avatar body. This close connection with Eywa allows Kiri to adapt effortlessly to the ocean.
The seizure is believed to have been caused by frontal lobe epilepsy which could also cause the other symptoms Kiri has been having, including visions and the belief that she's hearing Eywa. However, the Metkayina clan believe it's down to something more spiritual and is a result of Kiri's connection to Eywa.

It has been confirmed through Avatar comics that Spider's mother is Paz Socorro. While Avatar: The Way of Water takes place a decade after the first movie, James Cameron's original sequel script did not have as big of a time jump.

Once an appropriate mate has been selected, a process that can take many years, the pair will connect queues at a sacred area such as the Tree of Voices to create an emotional bond that lasts a lifetime.
A deleted scene from the end of Avatar (2009) revealed that Neytiri was pregnant, so Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the original movie. In accordance with the sequel's timeline, Jake and Neytiri's son Neteyam is nearly 15 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
So, Avatar 4 will have a time jump of six years, meaning that Jake and Neytiri's children — Lo'ak, Tuk, and Kiri — will likely be played by other actors when the story jumps forward (except for Kiri).

In an interview with Collider's Perri Nemiroff, Weaver answered whether she knows the truth about Kiri's conception, to which she simply replied, “no.” In Avatar: The Way of Water, we learn that Kiri was born from Dr. Grace Augustine's Avatar, which somehow gives birth despite the apparent death of the doctor.
What we do know is that Grace's last moments of consciousness in Avatar are tied to a Tree of Souls. She seemingly died during that ritual, but she also said that she was "with" Eywa, and we now know that while Grace might not be fully alive anymore, something of her essence was preserved in her Na'vi avatar.

Since she was conceived through an avatar body (a genetically engineered human/Na'vi-hybrid body, designed to serve as a remotely controlled vessel for a human mind) she was born with human-like traits, such as eyebrows and five fingers instead of four.

So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
