Lady Tremaine (also commonly known as the "Wicked Stepmother" or "Evil Stepmother") is the main antagonist of Disney's 1950 animated feature film, Cinderella. As the cold-hearted stepmother of Cinderella, Lady Tremaine does not harm her stepdaughter physically.

Going just a tad deeper, Cinderella's stepmother was mean because she was jealous of Cinderella's place in her father's heart. No matter what she did, she and her daughters would never be as loved by her husband as was Cinderella.
