It, therefore, serves as a metaphor for Deckard's quest for existential authenticity and a vehicle on which he can pin his hopes and aspirations.

The only logical conclusion is that the dream is an implanted memory. For Gaff to implant memories in Deckard's mind, Ford's character would need to be a replicant. Director Ridley Scott later confirmed that the origami unicorn was intended to hint that Deckard is a replicant, and that Gaff wants him to know that.
However, by the end of the movie, Deckard felt empathy for the Replicants' cause, and he and Rachael ran away together, as they could no longer be a part of this corrupt, Replicant-hating world–and Gaff, a fellow LAPD officer and Blade Runner asset, let them go without even attempting to pursue them.

One of the most significant – and moving – sequences in Blade Runner 2049 arrives in its third act, when K learns that he is not, in fact, Deckard and Rachael's missing child. K is what he was told he was all along: a replicant, nothing more, nothing less.
Deckard's bees are replicants of a different form. They are a shell of their long history, a history much deeper than that of human beings, and one that will inevitably come to a silent end. When the colonies outside of Deckard's desert home die they will not be noticed as they were never truly alive.
Does Blade Runner 2049 confirm Deckard is not a replicant?
That seems pretty definitive, but even so – the film remains open to interpretation, and Denis Villeneuve's 2017 sequel “Blade Runner 2049” does nothing to confirm or deny Deckard's replicant nature.
Stelline was born on June 10, 2021, the daughter of former Blade Runner Rick Deckard and Rachael, a Nexus-7 replicant, making her the first replicant-born child. However, Rachael died as a result of Stelline's emergency caesarian-section birth.
Deckard's age is never revealed in any of the dialogue. In the source novel, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, he was assumed to be middle-aged (late 30's to early 40's) but Philip K.
The film is rooted in a futuristic version of the film noir style. Film noir is traditionally shot with a low key lighting approach to play up the mystery and suspense of the film. The lighting scheme in Blade Runner helps achieve this same mysterious and suspenseful feeling.
The analysis revealed that the gender hegemony in the film is constructed through the exploitation of characterization, particularly between K and Joi who are presented with stereotypical hierarchical gender characteristics.
However, he later learns that, even if the memory is real, it was not his own but Dr Ana Stelline's. Through her work, Dr Stelline shared her memory with K, and this allowed him to understand what it was like to walk in her shoes, but most importantly, to believe himself a free, loved replicant.
During the final fight with K, after subduing him, she smugly kissed him and retorted "I am the best one!", as if trying to prove her superiority over not just K, but all other replicants, further hinting at her deep-seated insecurities that she kept well-hidden.
The big twist in the final act of the movie is that K isn't the son of Deckard and Rachael at all, but just another cog in the machine that might lead to the child's discovery.
