A fan theory suggests that Boo from Monsters, Inc. grows up to be Andy's mom in Toy Story, but there are flaws in this theory. Pete Docter, Chief Creative Officer of Pixar, debunked the theory and explained that the Easter eggs in Pixar films are not meant to impact the storylines of other films.

Trivia. In the Child's Play comic series, Karen is sent to a state hospital because the police did not believe her story of Chucky and Mike and Jack refused to back her up. After supposedly killing the doll once again, she is arrested and put on trial for murdering her psychiatrist, which in reality was Chucky's doing.
