In a new featurette from Avatar: The Way of Water's recent home media release, a behind-the-scenes look at a scene from Avatar 3 shows the first interaction between Jack Champion's Spider and Bailey Bass' Tsireya of the Metkayina Clan.
The Avatar 3 cast will also introduce a plethora of new characters. Oona Chaplin was cast to play the character Varang, the leader of the Ash People, who will appear in the remaining three sequels. David Thewlis will also join the film, playing an unnamed Na'vi character.

Actors Wes Studi and Laz Alonso, known for their roles as Eytukan and Tsu'tey in Avatar: The Way of Water, are confirmed to return for the upcoming Avatar 3.

Who is Kiris' dad?
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.

A deleted scene from the end of Avatar (2009) revealed that Neytiri was pregnant, so Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the original movie. In accordance with the sequel's timeline, Jake and Neytiri's son Neteyam is nearly 15 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Having been raised by the Omatikaya clan as well as the few humans who stayed on Pandora after the events of the first Avatar film, Spider is Na'vi in everything but his physical form.
The short and easy answer is, No. But, it's important to note that the Avatar franchise has brought dead characters back in the past. The Way of Water brought Quaritch back as a recombinant.

Kiri is a young Na-vi around fourteen years of age. Since she was conceived through an avatar body (a genetically engineered human/Na'vi-hybrid body, designed to serve as a remotely controlled vessel for a human mind) she was born with human-like traits, such as eyebrows and five fingers instead of four.
The first reason why Neteyam has four fingers while his siblings all have five fingers might be simple genetics. Since an avatar is a hybrid of Na'vi and human DNA, it's easy to imagine the genes that control the number of digits in the body competing with each other.
