Marvel has revealed just how powerful Deadpool's healing factor really is – and it turns out that it's powerful enough to allow Wade Wilson to survive a nuclear bomb blast at close range! Deadpool had to put his healing factor to the ultimate test in Uncanny Avengers #5.

There's not really much one can do when facing an opponent whose prime ability is to never perish. Hence, Thanos would have no chance against Deadpool if he was facing him without the Infinity Gauntlet. There aren't many superheroes that could defeat Deadpool without breaking a sweat, but Shazam harnesses the power of the gods to use for the greater good, so there's not much Wilson could do to stop him. In the end, Deadpool wasn't worthy. While he seemingly had control of Mjolnir and the strength of Thor, it was all a mirage put on by Loki to distract Thor.
Deadpool decides to see Black Talon on Taíno Island about the situation. He does not know what is going on either, but he does reveal to Wade that he has been cursed by Thanos which leads Deadpool to the assumption that Thanos must have kidnapped Death. Therefore, Deadpool plans on rescuing and freeing Death.
The snap would have no effect on Deadpool. Why? Because Deadpool doesn't just have a regenerative healing factor. He is also literally cursed to never die.
As an expert in the art of killing, it seems even Thanos wouldn't be powerful enough to stand against him. But even with his famous ability to snap the Marvel Universe in half, Thanos still couldn't keep Deadpool from killing him... twice.
Rogue needed to heal, and Deadpool decided to give her his healing factor through skin contact, by kissing her. Deadpool's powers, abilities and even his inner voices were absorbed by Rogue, who recovered while Deadpool fell unconscious.
While the Hulk was easily able to survive the barrage of nuclear weapons, the noise of the explosions and cries of dying people eventually came to bother him. The Hulk returned to his birthplace in New Mexico and sealed himself in a cave with a massive boulder, trapping Banner inside with him for many years.
Most likely, Deadpool would have to place his head back onto his neck, and it will then Regenerate in that location. This is also seen possible because of this, yes I know this is just epic cover art to build suspense, but it shows us that Deadpool can actively hold his head rather than it just regenerating instantly.

The Time Heist in Avengers: Endgame allowed the surviving heroes to get the Infinity Stones and with the help of a Nano Gauntlet developed by Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, and Rocket Raccoon, Smart Hulk undid Thanos' snap.
Thanos, jealous of her attention and affections toward Deadpool, makes sure they can never be together. In his efforts to keep them apart, he gives Deadpool's worst enemy, T-Ray, the power to bring Deadpool back to life after he was killed by Weapon X.
As they fit the Stones into a Nano Gauntlet, it was decided that Hulk would be the one to wield it. Despite the great difficulty of wielding the Infinity Stones' raw power, Banner was able to snap his fingers and ultimately resurrect the victims of the Snap.
The Russo brothers also revealed that, despite not appearing in Infinity War, Betty Ross and Sif were blipped as well. In a mid-credits scene in Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), Hank Pym, Hope van Dyne, and Janet van Dyne are blipped, leaving Scott Lang stranded in the Quantum Realm.
Did Deadpool disappear when Thanos snapped his fingers?
Deadpool survived the Infinity War snap because he wasn't technically in the Marvel Cinematic Universe at the time. Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige was asked about the Merc with a Mouth and jokingly gave the answer that certain hardcore McU fans have been wondering about since April of this year.

The story goes with Thanos and Deadpool both being in love with Death. Thanos was jealous and cursed Deadpool so he could never die and they couldn't be together.
Since Mjölnir can only be wielded by the worthy, Juggernaut has no chance of lifting it. However, that doesn't stop him from using it. In most fights against Thor, Thor throws his hammer at full speed towards Juggernaut, but Juggernaut's mystical force field stops Mjölnir in mid-air.
