The phase 1 and phase 2 clone troopers are clones that have the same genetics as Jango Fett but the Stormtroopers from the empire aren't clones. We can't really notice this in the Original Trilogy but it's clear in the many Disney movies/series phase 1 and phase 2 Stormtrooper aren't clones.
For the most part, Star Wars clones have the same face. That's because they were all created and grown using enhanced DNA from a notorious Mandalorian™ bounty hunter called Jango Fett™. Obviously, as a bounty hunter, Jango had a lot of desirable traits for creating soldiers.

However, when the action picks up 19 years later in A New Hope, the clones are mysteriously gone, replaced by human stormtroopers.

The reasons for the transition from clone troopers to stormtroopers were primarily practical; the clone troopers were genetically engineered and had a limited lifespan, which meant that the Empire would eventually have to replace them anyways. They also were expensive to produce, and the Empire needed to save money.

Why was Finn not a clone?
The genetic template for the clone army was Jango Fett, seen in the prequel films when the clone conspiracy originally came to light. Finn looked altogether different, however, and he explained his background later in the same film as essentially becoming a young recruit when the First Order orphaned him.
At the time, many clones did not see it this way, due to the inhibitor chip forcing their hand in destroying the Jedi. However, Star Wars has made it clear when focusing on the clones after Order 66 that they slowly regretted their actions after their nightmares came to pass.
Although he would retain his Mandalorian armor, Prime Minister Almec of the New Mandalorians disavowed any connection to Fett, claiming that he was simply a bounty hunter who had somehow stolen an artifact from Mandalore's troubled past.
Jango hated the Jedi for what they took from him. Perhaps he even hated him for having a home to return to after helping the New Mandalorians take his. Whatever the reason, he hated the Jedi enough to become essential to Palpatine's elaborate plans of genocide.

SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. The fact that clones could defy the orders that are literally written into their brains caused a crisis of faith in the Empire. Since they couldn't command 100% control over the clones that they managed to ruin, regular conscripted soldiers offered an easier solution. Many of the issues were due to gradual mutations.

In canon, the commandos of Clone Force 99, a.k.a. “The Bad Batch,” had varying physiques due to their modifications or cybernetics. Boba Fett was unique among Jango's clones for having no differences from his template, as an unaltered clone. Another unaltered clone, Omega, is a female version of Jango Fett.
