No sexual or romantic relationships whatsoever. In all documented canon sources, Vader's only relationships were with that of his inferiors and the Emperor, those being cordial and not of love or compassion. He only served the Empire to bring law and order to the galaxy by any means possible.

Who did Darth Vader love the most?
2 Padmé Amidala
Anakin's wife and one of the first people Anakin truly loved apart from his mother, Padmé Amidala was a senator, a queen, and one of Darth Vader's earliest victims.
It was the fact that Luke was his son that caused turmoil within Vader. It was his love for his son that caused his loyalty to Palpatine and the Dark Side to falter. If Vader didn't know who Luke was he would have been just another force sensitive person to be trained to serve Palpatine like an Inquisitor or be killed.
For the first time in all his life, Darth Vader sees a Jedi act the way he was always told Jedis should act, and seeing his son become the ideal of what the Jedi Order claimed to be made Vader not only love his child, but greatly respect him.
However, the animated series and comics are now revealing that the Sith Lord showed what Padmé meant to him even after his transformation. Considering his position as a servant of Emperor Palpatine, it can be assumed that Vader eventually moved past his feelings.
In Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), Padme dies giving birth to twins, Luke and Leia. Luke is raised by Beru and Owen Lars on Tatooine. Leia is raised by Senator Bail Organa and Queen Breha Organa on Alderaan. Anakin, who has since become the Sith Lord Darth Vader, is unaware of his children's birth.
Despite initially rejecting him, Padmé actually also had romantic feelings for Anakin, as she had fell in love with him during the time they spent together on Naboo, but she did not want him to give up his position as a Jedi for her.
It's clear that Darth Vader wishes that Padmé joined him so that they could have remained together. But there are moments in Marvel's other Darth Vader series that suggest that, while the Sith Lord is very much still obsessed with the idea of Padmé, her betrayal may have caused him to think ill of his late wife.
He loved Padme, but force-choked her in a blind rage and frantic effort to avoid abandonment when he was high on the dark side because he thought she had brought Obi-Wan to kill him in his paranoia.
Darth Vader didn't learn he had a daughter until Return of the Jedi, when he stood before Emperor Palpatine. The Emperor's power probed Luke's mind, attempting to goad him to fall to the dark side, and he discovered Leia's existence. "Sister," the Emperor taunted.
She finds it easy to accept Luke as her brother, but she is horrified by the idea Darth Vader was her father. Leia couldn't even understand why Luke accepted it so easily, and somehow believed there was good in their father.
While Darth Vader's obsession with Luke Skywalker in The Empire Strikes Back is seemingly due to the latter's destruction of the Death Star battle station, his revelation to Luke and brief dialogue with Emperor Palpatine recontextualizes his pursuit.
Vader utterly despised Palpatine, and did for a very long time. After Padme died and Palpatine blamed Anakin for her death, this ignited a spark of hatred for his master that would stay with him forever, Anakin blamed Palpatine for Padme's death, and probably his injuries too.
During the battle, Anakin, who had been known as the Sith Lord Darth Vader, was redeemed by Luke and brought balance to the Force. However, the redemption cost Anakin his life, having been mortally wounded by the Emperor, Darth Sidious, while killing his former Master. After his death, Anakin became one with the Force.
By the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Luke had accepted that Vader is his father, and his hatred toward his father had completely disappeared, transformed into love and hope, like his late mother, Padmé Amidala, Luke believed there was still good left in Anakin and that he could be redeemed.
However, as shown in Marvel's Star Wars: Darth Vader #5 (by Greg Pak, Raffaele Ienco, Neeraj Menon and Joe Caramanga) it wasn't envy of power that drove Anakin over the edge, but rather something far more personal: Skywalker believed that Padme and Obi-Wan might have had an affair.
