Vision is a vibranium-based male android (or "Synthezoid") created by Ultron to serve as his body. However, the body is stolen by the Avengers and brought to sentience by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, who upload the core software of Stark's AI, J.A.R.V.I.S.
Predictably, Ultron goes berserk and tries to kill the Avengers. Ultron recruits Wanda and Pietro to his cause. Tony then uses the Mind Stone to create an android who can fight Ultron. Shockingly, that plan actually turns out fine, and Vision is born.
Avengers A.I. The Vision was created from a copy of the original Human Torch, a synthetic man created by Phineas T. Horton. Ultron took this inert android and added more advanced technology to it, as well as new programming of his own design and a copy of human brainwave patterns.

Why did Tony create Ultron when he had JARVIS?
Tony said he saw "a suit of armor around the world," and that he needed Ultron to run the Iron Legion. But JARVIS was already doing a pretty decent job of that, and he didn't seem to have reached the height of his capabilities.
Ultron is an Artificial Intelligence created by Bruce Banner and Tony Stark using the AI matrix they found in Loki's scepter. He was designed to save humanity and decided the best way to do that was to destroy humanity. JARVIS was later used to bring the new hero Vision to life.
The strongest, most logical theory why Vision can lift it with relative easy is due to the fact he is created with an Infinity Stone – the one found within the gem of Loki's scepter.

Vision is killed by Thanos when he removes the Mind Stone to complete the Infinity Gauntlet in order to initiate the Blip. Years later, Vision's body is reactivated via Wanda's magic, albeit initially without his memories and with a different appearance.

Since Vision was caught off-guard, he didn't have time to phase through the blade, and his synthezoid body began to malfunction. You see it's very simple. After the events of infinity war Iron man was in space. When he did came to earth he was not having much time investing in Vision. Ultron sees the Avengers as one of the main problems with the world's stunted evolution. He particularly dislikes his maker Tony Stark and flies into a rage when compared to him.
Because he feels that Jarvis is now Vision, that's he's been “promoted” to real life and become a real person as a reward for being a loyal AI after so many years of service. FRIDAY he has less attachment to. She's a tool to Tony and that's all he needs her to be.
