A line referencing the Blip and how the Quantum Realm could be used to avoid it was filmed for the series finale but was ultimately cut from the aired episode. In Avengers: Endgame, Clint Barton's family, Erik Selvig, Shuri, and Jane Foster are confirmed to have been blipped.
But the shocker was Shuri, the princess who is more comfortable in a lab than a throne room, played by Letitia Wright, sadly did not. She, like her brother, Black Panther/T'Challa, were snapped out of the universe.
Moments later, the Blip happens and Shuri disintegrates. In 2023, Shuri is restored to life and is brought via portal by the Masters of the Mystic Arts to the destroyed Avengers Compound to join the battle against an alternate Thanos and his army. Afterwards, she returns home and reunites with her mother.
Although they succeeded in killing Thanos' forces when Thanos himself came on Wakanda, Okoye and the other heroes were completely overpowered and unable to stop him from completing the Infinity Gauntlet, though Okoye remained one of the survivors.

How did Shuri survive being impaled?
After she pulled herself off the spear, the suit could be seen reconstructing itself around the open gash. The suit itself may or may not have actual healing properties, but by sealing up the wound immediately after the spear was removed, it enabled Shuri's body to recover faster and not die of blood loss.
Finally, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever confirmed Nakia survived Thanos' snap. The film reveals she left Wakanda shortly after Thanos' attack, although it's unclear whether this was before or after the birth of her son Toussaint.
As such, Shuri didn't fight for the Wakandan throne because she understood it wasn't right for her to do so at the time - and this marks a pivotal step on her journey to accept grief and find some inner peace, making it the right decision in the long run.
In 2018, Nakia, pregnant with her son, was kept away when the battle with aliens occurred. She and her son then survived the Snap. After learning that T'Challa and Shuri had disappeared, she and her son, without telling anyone, moved to Haiti. Making the move and grieving the losses wasn't an easy feat for her.
Knowing that they would not be able to escape the Cabal in time, Shuri stalled their pursuer, Proxima Midnight, long enough for T'Challa to escape. In the process, Proxima murdered Shuri, but her sacrifice helped ensure that her universe would continue.
Even though some viewers remarked on Shuri and Namor's connection, their scenes were more defined by genuine tension rather than romance. In an interview with Newsweek, editor Michael P. Shawver confirmed that scenes implying romantic feelings between Shuri and Namor were removed from Black Panther 2's final cut.
The MCU has had great couples in the past, and they've told love stories within superhero films before. But ultimately, while there was clear chemistry between Shuri and Namor, it was for the best that Marvel Studios decided to do without their potential love line.
Having achieved peace with Namor and allowed herself to truly feel, for the first time, the loss of T'Challa, new Black Panther Shuri (Letitia Wright) burns her funeral garb on a beach in Haiti, symbolizing the end of her grieving process.
Shuri is the daughter of King T'Chaka and Queen Ramonda, making her the half-sister of T'Challa, the Black Panther. Possessing a formidable mind and a warrior's body, Shuri has served her homeland of Wakanda as Queen, Black Panther, and now as the Aja-Adanna.
Assuming Tony had survived Avengers: Endgame, the confrontation with Thanos would have still left him with medical problems. If he survived using the Gauntlet, he may have even lost his hand. He certainly would have needed long-term medical attention.
Nakia confides to Shuri that yes, her son is indeed the son of T'Challa: a true heir to the Wakandan throne. She also reveals that she wasn't at T'Challa's funeral because he wasn't ready for his son to be revealed. Shuri asks if her mother had had a chance to see the child, to which Nakia says yes. Why the secrecy?
So, we don't know if Nakia left before Thanos attacked Wakanda or after he acquired the six Infinity Stones. But we can confidently say it was around the same time the Snap happened. As Nakia reveals in Wakanda Forever, she left her post behind because she couldn't stand living in the country while their King was gone.
You may leave the theater wondering what Ramonda was going to tell Shuri. When you watch the movie a second time, it's evident Ramonda was likely trying to tell Shuri about T'Challa's secret son with Nakia, Prince T'Challa, who is finally introduced in the film's mid-credits scene.
After Shuri refuses to strike an alliance with Namor and the Talokanil, the mutant and his forces attack Wakanda, flooding the streets, and leading to the death of Queen Ramonda as she tries to save Riri Williams, a.k.a. Ironheart.
Without meaning to, Shuri subconsciously summoned her devious cousin because he was the only one who could recognize what she was feeling, and he could push her in the direction she wanted to go.
The film shows that Okoye is very much Ramonda's "daughter" as her blood-relations. Okoye's dismissal was a betrayal. There's no other way to say it. Ramonda seemed to want to inflict upon Okoye what she felt when Okoye would not abandon her position as head of the Dora Milaje to help her and Shuri flee.
The boy reveals that Toussaint is his Haitian name and his Wakandan name is T'Challa, son of T'Challa. The scene works as both a tribute to Chadwick Boseman and a means to allow for a T'Challa to continue to exist in the MCU. It also hits on the core importance of Boseman's character beyond the mantle of Black Panther.
