For Umbridge to even consider using the Cruciatus Curse on Harry was, well, unforgivable. This moment not only showed us that she was truly devoid of a moral compass but also revealed that she had been the one to set the Dementors on Harry during the summer holidays.

Why did Bellatrix call Harry half blood?
Because to a pureblood fanatic like Bellatrix, Harry is a Mudblood because one of his parents (Lily Evans) was a Muggleborn. Anyone with Muggle ancestry is one, including Snape since his father was a Muggle (Tobias).
Harry describes Umbridge to Sirius Black, saying that she's vile enough to be a Death Eater, despite not being one. Umbridge is also depicted to be a prejudiced person, despising half-breeds and Muggle-born witches and wizards to the point of firing Hagrid due to his half-giant birth status.
Apparently, Umbridge's mother was a Muggle and her brother was a Squib – a source of huge embarrassment for the family. Perhaps their abandonment and retreat back into the Muggle world had such a huge impact on Umbridge that it became the catalyst for her Muggleborn-targeted cruelty later on in life.
Well, in Umbridge's case, while she may have been working for the bad guys of bureaucracy, she was never under Voldemort's thumb. She was allied with the Death Eaters and definitely enabled them, she was never an official part of the organization.

Result. Dolores Umbridge carried away by the Centaurs but is later rescued by Albus Dumbledore. She is subsequently suspended from her posts at Hogwarts. The Skirmish in the Forbidden Forest was a conflict that took place in the Forbidden Forest on the grounds of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
We can assume that Umbridge may have been physically and emotionally abused and molested in the forest by centaurs as a punishment for invading their territory and hurting their pride.
